04/04/2024: A wonderful pasta bar, we were lucky to get in since I think you’re probably better off making reservations in the evening (drop in or call them). The spaghetti bolognese was amazing and the staff were friendly. You can have the food to eat in or take away so if they can’t fit you in, you still have an option.

01/04/2024: It's an absolute must when in Sorrento, the vegetarian recipes are just too good. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

25/03/2024: The experience at this restaurant was truly extraordinary. It's not the first time I've come here, but it's the first time I've decided to share my opinion. When I'm undecided about where to go and I want to be sure I'm making the right choice, this place is always my safety. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the owners really make you feel at ease. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, both creative and gourmet and more traditional and simple. This evening we tried some exceptional appetizers, followed by two first courses that literally won us over. And as for the atmosphere, the restaurant is located right on the beach front, making it a first-class choice for those who love fresh seafood. It is no surprise that it is considered one of the best restaurants in Sorrento.

02/01/2024: Atmosphere and service was fantastic. The employees were friendly and helpful. The food however was a complete disappointment. Everything we had was bland and very subpar. As tourists we were recommended this place by a local and ended up leaving with a big bill and very disappointed. If you’re a tourist in the area stick to Porto Marina (very good) or one of the other restaurants and save yourself a very expensive subpar meal.

12/05/2024: It was the saxophone playing jazz that attracted us. But it was the atmosphere and food that made it a five-star experience. We discovered the place was run by a father son duo and many of the vegetables were grown on their farm.

11/05/2024: How we have missed this on previous trips, I have no idea… it won’t happen again. From walking in to checking out this was first class and professional, with food to match. The decor was sleek, rustic, artistic, intriguing… in short, a pleasure to hang out and enjoy the night. Our excellent waiter, Allessandro (sp) invited us to view the wine cellar ( a great story.. ask about it). We both cannot wait to dine here again.. everything was tasty, nicely plated, and not your typical “sorrento food.” We’ll be back!

03/05/2024: Except for the main dish of roasted squid and the special seafood potato crisp, which is delicious, the magic mushroom pasta and desserts are not so good. Especially the desserts, which I almost only eat in one bite, are too sweet.

13/10/2023: When we visited Sorrento for a week we ate in several restaurants, and this was our joint-favourite. We arrived for dinner just before sunset and the staff kindly found the best spot for us to sit and enjoy our aperitifs while watching the sun go down next to the island of Ischia. It was all very lovely. We then moved onto the main terrace with a magical twilight view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius for the meal proper. We both chose sea bass to start and then macaroons and chocolate mousse respectively for dessert. Everything was delicious and served with great care and courtesy. There was a pleasant relaxed atmosphere on the terrace – a welcome contrast to some of the busy restaurants we tried in the old town. We were staying nearby and could walk to and from the Grand Hotel Aminta from our hotel, but it would certainly be worth taking the shuttle bus up to Hotel Aminta from the town to experience the food, the service and the view.

03/10/2023: Ok. So we reserved for the amazing outdoor terrace with the incredible view overlooking the Sorrento coast. Unfortunately, it was a cold and rainy day and we couldn’t eat on the terrace, which would have been amazing. Instead, we were inside in the ballroom, which was a different kind of entertaining evening. First of all, the staff was fantastic. Super attentive and professional, dressed in white coats and black bow ties, extremely formal. The decor of the ballroom, along with the staff dress code gives the impression of going back in time. We thought we were in Italy’s version of the 1950’s country club in the Catskills. There was a little dance entertainment that was a bit simplistic and almost comical. That being said, the food was great. We both really enjoyed our dinner and found the setting adorable and amusing. Now if we had been outside, the formally dressed waitstaff serving us wonderful food overlooking the Sorrento coastline would have been gorgeous and romantic.

05/05/2024: We had an antipasti as a starter, and basil and caneoli spagetti as a main course, with a red wine from Sorrento, and a Baba for dessert! We enjoyed ourselves for a score of 82nd (also drank a bottle of sparkling water)

06/04/2024: One of our favorite restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. Most items are a twist on the classic Italian food. Atmosphere and service is top notch and all our food was amazing. Forcicca bread and tiramisu were our favorites

The French fries are real potato slices, very special and delicious! The waiters are very friendly! Recommended to anyone visiting Sorrento to give it a try!

03/01/2024: Great experience! I went mid-October and loved Sorrento! Unfortunately, I stumbled upon this bar the last day of my stay in Sorrento. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant and sophisticated. Definitely reminded me of the many city bars here in Houston! I absolutely recommend checking it out!

02/04/2024: Just disappointing. The vegetable antipasto was tasteless. The eggplant casserole was ok. But now comes the kicker: Scalopina al Limone. As soon as this plate was served to me, I wondered where that smell came from. I choked down a piece of the meat and it was clear to me: the meat was spoiled. I still get sick thinking about that taste. I took the meat and threw it in the toilet trash can (you're welcome to take a look).

19/03/2024: Wonderful food and friendly and fast service make this restaurant great! Family run fish restaurant with great quality and totally honest and affordable prices. We stayed two days and ate there twice, wish we could have stayed to taste all the menu.

05/04/2024: I really recommend it! The guide told me that the Sorrento region has delicious goat cheese, and maybe that's why the gnocchi was really delicious. I had never eaten gnocchi in vain before, but here I found the gnocchi of my life. The vegetable soup was delicious and not watery, and because it was by the sea, the squid was soft and the vongole pasta was salty and delicious. The price is not expensive, so if I can come back to Sorrento, I will come back to eat here and I would like to recommend it to others!

07/05/2024: Nice little restaurant in a side street, away from the pedestrian zone. We ate very well, the staff was friendly and the meat was well prepared. Priced completely ok! We would come again!!

19/04/2024: We’ve try a fantastic lasagna. The tomato sauce was simple excellent; highly recommended if you are in Sorrento. House wine has a decent price and good quality.

04/04/2024: This little spot is a must if you love seafood. Friendly staff serve delightfully tasty fish and good sides as well. I can recommend the seafood salad.

25/03/2024: Excellent place to escape for some pizza and pasta because they have an extensive menu. The food is delicious, the waiters are very friendly, trying their best to understand you in Spanish, and the place is nice. Highly recommended.
