17/03/2024: Posto caratteristico, accogliente, si respira un'energia positiva grazie alla presenza simpatica e gioiosa dello staff.

14/01/2024: Il piccolo locale di Irma si trova in una piazzetta lontana dal turismo di massa e dalle trappole per turisti. Menù semplice ma originale, esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Zuppa di zucca golosissima, e piadina molto buona. Anche la torta cioccolato e pere non male. Torneremo di certo!

18/03/2024: A wonderful market with nothing missing, well served, excellent location, delicious dishes prepared on the same day, excellent grilled sandwiches or even gourmet ones, friendly and nice staff. Besides the owner Franca who is uniquely friendly.

12/05/2024: We were seated in the street outside the restaurant, along with many others, and waited 45 minutes for our meals after the people around us who had ordered at similar time had all received their food. The waiters went completely missing, and were not in any way apologetic about our extended wait. What we got when the food finally arrived was mediocre at best. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody who likes decent food and good service.

09/05/2024: A place that I do not recommend (except if you would like to experience a hidden camera with the atmosphere). The food is not good (we had Bolognese pasta). A homemade bolognese is much better... In addition, the service is not up to the level of the additional 20% charged at the end of the meal. Indeed, the waiters yell, take the parmesan to pass it from one table to another (even if the dish is not finished). Concerning the atmosphere, despite the hubbub (the waiter and a group of Italians made so much noise that we thought they were throwing chairs at each other), a troupe of musicians is worth noting, quite friendly.

13/09/2023: Good pizzas but without excess. Spartan decoration which deserves to be a little more sophisticated and chic. Pleasant servers but not excessive either. On the other hand, the musical atmosphere is appreciated (musician and singer). The pizzas are edible but not extraordinary.

13/11/2023: The star is given for the location and the beautiful view. Neither the food nor the service deserved it. The food was deliberately noble and tasted bad, the service was arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional. A bad mix. The beautiful view can also be found elsewhere.

15/10/2023: The food was so delicious. I’m not sure why this restaurant doesn’t have better reviews. As an Italian, I really appreciated all the flavours and well cooked dishes. Everything I’ve tried here has been so good. And the view is a huge bonus, not to mention the extra friendly staff.

05/01/2024: Nous sommes venus dîner dans ce restaurant en comparant avec les cartes de quelques autres restaurants de la rue Cavour. Bien nous en a pris, nous sommes ressortis enthousiasmés de ce restaurant, à l’accueil fort chaleureux et au service avec rien à redire (notre serveur s’est lancé dans quelques mots de français et nous a montré les signatures et messages de personnes connues venues manger dans le restaurant dont VGE). Le top évidemment la cuisine : Excellente pizza 4 fromages pour ce qui me concerne, pour mon épouse gnocchi à la sauce au pesto de pistache avec des crevettes sublissimes et mémorables ou encore tagliolini alla siciliana savoureux. Excellent rapport qualité / prix.

23/11/2023: Nu har vi provat pizza på olika orter och nu har turen kommit till Syrakusa! Vi hittade denna restaurang i en av de små sidogatorna. Ingen satt vid borden som befanns sig på rad längs husväggen i den trånga gränden. Vanligtvis så brukar varningsklockan ringa men eftersom det är lågsäsong så tog vi en chans! Mitt sällskap ville på en av pizzorna byta ut bacon mot skinka på sin pizza. Diskussion uppstod men det gick vägen. Pizzorna var okey men tomatsåsen smakade som tomatpuré på tub! En syrlig smak som trängde sig igenom ingredienserna. Mozzarellan på pizzan var av första klass! Långa fina trådar vid lyft. När notan kom in så såg vi att bytet till skinka kostade 3 euro extra!!😏Högt pris och inga kunder?

25/12/2023: L’agriturismo Leone è uno di quei posti, eccezionalmente raro, dove non si va solo per gustare eccellenti piatti della tradizione della Sicilia sud orientale ma si entra in contatto con la cultura del posto e con una storia fatta di sacrifici e ricordi di una cultura secolare. Oltre alla qualità del cibo altissima con ingredienti del posto, alla quantità abbondante, basta fermarsi qualche minuto e scambiare qualche battuta con i proprietari per scoprire l’amore, la tenacia e lo spirito di sacrificio di chi non fa solamente un lavoro ma contribuisce, in misura veramente rilevante, allo sviluppo di luoghi e cultura di un territorio, come quello del netino, che una volta visitato rimane negli occhi e nel cuore.

28/08/2023: Forse abbiamo sbagliato noi la scelta dei piatti (mare) o forse non li abbiamo capiti (non siamo chef) tuttavia l'impressione è che si cerchi di fare abbinamenti ricercati con uno scarso risultato. La Sicilia ha un dolce così buono come il cannolo...perché cambiarlo? Non diamo 1/5 in quanto la location è molto carina.

27/08/2023: Sono tornato in questo ottimo ristorante di cui ricordavo una ottima cena credo un paio di anni addietro. La qualità del cibo e dei luoghi é rimasta quella notevole che io e mia moglie ci ricordavamo. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti, dei primi ed un dolce e tutto é risultato estremamente ben realizzato, bello a vedersi e gustosissimo al palato. La cena é stata una vera delizia ed il costo onesto per quello che abbiamo preso e per la notevole qualità di ciò che ci è stato servito per altro con grade garbo e notevole professionalità. Senza dubbio lo consiglio.

02/11/2023: Prezzi alla portata, personale cordiale e gentilissimo, pesce fresco visto la frittura mista presa ma i primi spaghetti alla marinara e soprattutto il risotto alla pescatora orribili senza gusto tipo cibo da mensa aziendale riso bianco evidente che cotto a parte e condimenti messi di sopra tanto per dire. Roba da non credere...mai mangiato un primo così...
