10/05/2024: I ate at this place last week. The place is nice even if a little dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, fast and precise. Unfortunately the meat (a 1.4 kg rib) was cooked just right but was really tough. Too bad, we came specifically for the meat. The price would have been right, unfortunately the steak wasn't worth it.

07/05/2024: Friendly staff, place a little old and needs to be revisited but acceptable, I took 1.4kg Chianina (€55 per kg)... sorry but I wouldn't go back.. the meat was really tough, in some places you couldn't chew it for a long time it was tough... the cooking seemed ok (far behind!!!) but in the end I spent €110 in total and left unsatisfied!

25/12/2023: Da tempo conoscevo la salumeria fino a che ho scoperto anche il ristorante. Un struttura bene tenuta che offre ottimo prodotti della Va di Chiana e relativo vino. Dai taglieri alla carne tutto molto buono

09/12/2023: Cena di coppia a Monte San Savino la sera dell’8 Dicembre, fuori dai soliti schemi , essendo stati ad Arezzo per visitare i mercatini e la città , abbiamo cenato divinamente in questo piccolo paradiso, i piatti sono saporiti e tipici al massimo ,esser contornati da prosciutti appesi e vini dappertutto, direi che è una location che si commenta da sola , un plauso al ragazzo e la signorina che ci hanno servito , gentili , educati e premurosi ,ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati , speriamo di rivenirci la prossima primavera.

28/03/2024: This place is a must if you are anywhere close to this area. Angelo (the owner) and his family operate an amazing experience from the service, the food, the ambiance, and hospitality. We were lost in finding our Airbnb in the village and Angelo and his team went out of the way to help us not only find it, but get us the key when we thought we would have to stay in a hotel for the night. We had already decided to have dinner there since we were traveling with a toddler and it was dark out. It was the best food and experience of our entire trip in Italy. We ordered Florentine Steak, Tenderloin, and Pizza and it was amazing. Not only did we find the best food there, we found some new friends in Angelo and his team and family. We ended up eating there 3 times and would have been more if they were open on Monday. Don't miss out on this magical place.

29/01/2024: Osteria immersa nel verde, nel parco delle Balze. Mangiato nel dehor esterno molto curato. Eccezionale la Fiorentina!!! Sia per la qualità della carne che per la cottura perfetta. Proprietario molto cortese.

19/11/2023: Ci siamo fermati lì qualche giorno fa a pranzo, con un mio collega di lavoro. Il posto è davvero carino, dentro è molto rustico. Ho preso la faraona che devo dire era buona. I prezzi sono un po' altini.

09/10/2023: I must say that I watched the episode countless times and I must admit, I couldn't stand how harsh Mariano was with the other participants, who in reality, apart from the livers, appreciated and judged his dishes very well. Finding myself in line with them, because my appearance spoke clearly. But can you judge a place by the more or less shared actions of the owner? I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt since we're still talking about a montage of scenes, of which there are clearly many parts cut. So here we were crossing the threshold of the restaurant some time ago: here they cook excellently, and they know how to stay among the tables. Unfortunately, participating in a certain type of program easily exposes one to the most usable judgement. However, you can be wrong and I believe, as already said, that he was excessive in expressing himself negatively about the other participants. Beyond the fact that it is incorrect to judge without having been there given that it is a rule of reviews to do so only after consuming, it also applies on a moral level: anyone who gets so indignant is certainly no better than anyone they judge. The prices have not been pumped, the quality is excellent, as is the service. It is an address to absolutely take into consideration, I can only recommend it

02/08/2023: Rustico, ci si sceglie il tavolo, si va al banco a scegliere fra le pietanze pronte o si ordina tagliatelle o ravioli che vengono fatti al momento. ci si porta cibo, tovaglioli, bibite da soli al tavolo , ma il cibo è OTTIMO. piatti toscani, poco sale, poco unto, sapore divino, cucina veramente casalinga ( acqua cotta con porcini, porchetta, taccole al sugo rosso, panzanella, polpo in insalata, seppie con patate al sugo rosso, dolce di pesche) ci sono anche diversi tavoli all'aperto che danno sulla piazza.

05/02/2024: Vado spesso in questo locale per cene tra amici, ottima location per eventi e cerimonie, ma anche per trascorrere una serata tra amici e gustare le ottime cose del menù che svariano dagli antipasti tipo il piattone con gustosi affettati locali , per passare ai primi o direttamente al secondo con fiorentine e tagliate ma tra amici va bene anche fare una pizzata con birra , come abbiamo fatto noi , che abbiamo mangiato l'ottima pinza romana,fragrante e leggera dopo un bel piatto di antipasto, la prossima volta vorrei assaggiare lo stinco che ho visto nel menù magari con una bella bottiglia di vino tra le molte che hanno

03/01/2024: Mi spiace comunicare che la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno 2023 non e' stata ben organizzata, le portate buone e particolari, ma i primi e i secondi scarsi e c'e' stato solo un ripassaggio di un primo, peccato. Purtroppo ho da ridire del servizio musone e mi spiace dirlo, anche scortese tranne un giovane ragazzo sempre con il sorriso. Qualita' del vino rosso non all'altezza e nessuna possibilita' di scelta tra vino bianco e rosso. Per festeggiare gli ultimi secondi dell'anno non e' stata consegnata una bottiglia di spumante ma un flut servito scarso senza ripassaggio e ancora servivano lo spumante a mezzanotte, molto deludente. Il caffe' e' stato servito mentre eravamo in piedi con bicchieri di carta, successivamente un cameriere e' passato con una bottiglia di limoncello, una di grappa e una di amaro, peccato che tutti hanno voluto il limoncello e finita una bottiglia non c'é nera piu' una a disposizione, mi sembra molto disorgannizzato il tutto. Ambiente bello e accogliente. Se mi chiedessero se lo consiglio direi di No per i giorni di festa, mi auguro che in pranzi e cene normali siano piu' organizzati.
