23/02/2024: A nice discovery while wandering around the streets of the historic center of Gaeta, in the old area which we found well kept and always characteristic. Excellent food, fantastic roasted octopus, very fresh seafood salad, excellent first courses: gnocchi, beans, mussels and octopus and spaghetti, mussels and clams. The desserts are special, homemade by the young chef.
A piece of advice, if I may: I would give the toilet facilities a makeover and take more care of the place, which is already nice in itself.

13/10/2023: I was there with my wife today 13 October 2023, lovely place, convenient parking in the shade, excellent in this period, too bad this is the last weekend then winter closure, clean and well-kept environment, kind staff, they placed me in sunbeds where I asked, spectacular sea, also at around 2.00 pm I asked if I could have lunch and without hesitation they made us sit on the terrace facing the sea, while we waited they delighted us with bruschetta with marinated anchovies, never eaten so good, we continued with seafood salad and spaghetti with clams, followed by fried anchovies and bruschetta with marinated anchovies (we couldn't do without it), then sweet fruit and coffee, average price, but we were delighted to return. Congratulations 👏 👏

Una location davvero suggestiva.
Ci hanno subito portato un tris di diversi tipi di pane con degli oli del luogo aromatizzati al mandarino e altri gusti.
Ottimi antipasti e polpette di pesce così come i primi.
Posto immancabile per chiunque passi per Gaeta.

06/04/2024: The restaurant is nice and welcoming.
The dining room staff was not very knowledgeable about the ingredients present in the dishes and there was a mistake on one course, but we can still say that they are kind and helpful.
We were disappointed with the food, it was definitely not up to the price, we especially don't recommend getting the baked potatoes, we left them all.
Finally, we were charged 5 euros cover charge for 2 1 and a half year old children who ate only a little pasta and only used a small fork. I didn't expect to have pasta offered like other restaurants do, but I don't think it was correct to charge the cover charge.
26/03/2024: The pizza was good in taste, but incredibly wet. As in the two wettest pizzas we have ever seen. Very hard to eat, and impossible to handhold.

06/04/2024: Terrible! Extremely slow service! We sat down at 1.20pm, we waited, at 1.40pm no one had yet arrived to order! Completely forgotten! We paid for a bottle of water and left. NEVER AGAIN.

25/03/2024: I was there yesterday for lunch with some friends and it was a very negative experience. Half of the group was tempted by the dish of the day, i.e. half paccheri with cream of broccoli and cuttlefish, but everything was on the plate except the cuttlefish, they were squid (never seen pink cuttlefish). The second courses arrive, mine was fried paranza, sent back after the second bite, both the red mullet and the cod had a strong smell of ammonia. I gave 2 stars because
the spaghetti with clams which were then lupins were saved. Conclusion? I absolutely don't recommend it.
10/03/2024: My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. The staff, in addition to being professional, is also very friendly and the dishes they offer are truly delicious and excellent. The fish is very fresh, the cuisine, although not offering a wide variety of choices (I am referring to the first courses), offers the highest quality. The owner is very kind, serious and polite like the rest of his staff. Cozy and familiar place, you feel like you are at home, at ease. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Clean and suitable spaces. I was stunned when I asked to pay by card and the woman at the counter told me I should have told her first...before what???? Never again, it used to be run by people I know and these things didn't happen. I hope the management has changed otherwise it's bad
