10/09/2023: Have eaten here twice and was disappointed both times but it was the second visit which prompted this review. No printed menu and the q code did not work they keep all the meat on display and you choose which you want and tell them the weight. Both my companions steaks were very overcooked when both had asked for rare, the meat was very poor quality with a surprising amount of fat which was not visible when they made their selection and quite a lot of gristle so both of them left around half of the steak. I ordered a pork steak which ,again, was very overcooked and had been just put on the plate swimming in overused oil which tasted stale. To accompany this we all had “chips” . These turned out to be thin curls of potato that appeared to have been cooked that morning then reheated in a microwave to say they were dry would have been an understatement but they were lovely and soft and chewy . Nothing else on the plate except the puddle of stale oil. This was the most expensive meal we had €146 this included a bottle of extremely mediocre wine. Service is very very slow we sat down and were ignored for around 20 minutes the food took another half hour or so to arrive the bill on the other hand arrived in seconds. There appeared to be only one person serving who was the owner who is incapable of focusing on you as he constantly talks to other tables or interrupting to seat new arrivals

25/08/2023: Beautiful location. We had an aperitif at sunset and it was very suggestive. Few people and quiet delighted us with a glass of spritz and the delicate saucer served included in the price. Overall excellent, even if we are used to more abundant dishes 🤣

15/01/2024: Sono stata con mio marito ieri in questa pizzeria. Ci siamo ritrovati per caso e posso affermare di aver mangiato una pizza straordinaria. Soffice, ben lievitata, qualità eccellente degli ingredienti. Una vera e propria pizza napoletana. Il proprietario (Giorgio) molto gentile. Conto nella norma considerando la location bellissima posta proprio sul mare. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per assaggiare anche la cucina e gli ottimi primi che abbiamo visto passare in sala. Servizio veloce, cortese, sempre con il sorriso. Voto 10!!!

19/01/2024: Il posto è centrale vicino alla cattedrale e dietro il porto, e la sua "cocina" ha pure un posto di primo piano; si sentono gli odori mediterranei, condimento con olio extra, e pietanze ben preparate e presentate. Un bel pranzetto che vi lascia soddisfatti, il prezzo è quanto vi aspettate

20/11/2023: Partiti da Napoli con grandi aspettative , riscontriamo una cucina nel complesso sufficiente , con gravi lacune per quanto concerne la carta vini in quanto su quattro etichette richieste e non disponibili abbiamo dovuto optare su un vino proposto dalla gentile proprietaria . Spaghetti alle vongole che per il costo ci saremmo aspettati al top ed invece alquanto mediocri , pesce e zuppa di cozze buone , tempi di arrivo delle portate sfalsate. Chesecake appena sufficiente per consistenza e sapore . Servizio buono . Conto al di sopra della media per la qualità dei piatti serviti . Sicuramente tornando a Gaeta andremo a provare altri ristoranti

13/12/2023: Locale bellissimo e accogliente. Qualità pulizia ai massimi livelli. Cameriera molto disponibile e piatti veramente squisiti. Prezzi nella media , accessibili a tutti. Piatti forti ,scialatiello allo scoglio e astice alla griglia,veramente ottimi. Ritornerò assolutamente.

16/08/2023: Sera di ferragosto, abbiamo atteso mezz'ora per nn cenare. Ordinato antipasto e frittura di calamari. Dopo un po' il cameriere ci avvisa che nn c'erano più calamari. Decidiamo di mangiare l'antipasto già ordinato. Delusione totale! Una fetta di salmone scadente, 4 alici marinate, 4 frittelle di mare surgelate, una ciotolina di fagioli e nn so che pescetti, un po' di polipo all'insalata con patate e delle calamarelle fritte piene di olio. Il tutto per 30 euro. Siamo andati via senza prendere altro
