A splendid location also for a poolside party or for events such as weddings and ceremonies.
We ate very well at the restaurant.
A cuisine that surprised us with its quality and innovation.
Balanced menu and top wine list.

01/04/2024: Let me start by saying that I am not a lover of lake fish, but here I changed my mind, one dish tastes better than the other, a nice, clean place with an exceptional location, a stilt house on the lakefront, very friendly and helpful staff, fast service, prices in the norm

30/03/2024: Take-away pizza. Booked for 7.40pm and collected at 7.38pm as soon as it was warm. I don't judge the quality, since it was lukewarm, but I certainly can't say it was excellent. Good low price

17/02/2024: Siamo andati a pranzo a Il Pinzale dopo aver fatto un esperienza a cavallo. Cibo spettacolare, consiglio le polpette di patate con le tre creme carbonara amatriciana e cacio e pepe. Per quanto riguarda i primi amatriciana da 100 e lode!!! Sublime. Posto curato ed elegante immerso nel verde. Cucina buonissima e personale cordiale e disponibile!!! Top top top!!!

We had lunch on Easter Monday and had a very good experience. The food was good, but served in a rush, without breaks and denying conviviality, furthermore the table, even if booked on Friday 29th, was in front of the bathroom so instead of a lake view it was a toilet view. Complained to the property at the end of the first course they offer me to move, what a disappointment[!!!!!!!!!

But then (and above all) for the QUALITY of the food which was not of the common level of take-away foods but of a real Chef's kitchen! Last but not least, the super generous portions!!!

06/04/2024: It's the second time I've come to this place, the first time for a family dinner, tonight to enjoy a nice after dinner. Ideal place for both things, just choose the right time. Nice environment and courteous staff, a wide choice of food and good beer, they organize themed dinners after dinner to entertain the customer. I advise.

04/04/2024: I have frequented many places in Viterbo being a local, but I must admit that this is one of the best. First of all, the excellent quality/price ratio, we tried the starter, first course, second course and dessert, all really excellent especially considering the price. We tried two types of wines, one low priced and one slightly higher priced and both suitable for what we ate. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, above all helpful. Of particular note is my case as I have been celiac for 20 years and in the area I have never found a restaurant that had all the possible quality gluten-free options, starting from the bread (which is not to be taken for granted), through to the starter especially for me. with the same things as the one with gluten and for tagliatelle (schar) and, finally, also second courses specifically for celiacs. As for the dessert, they were supplied by Casantini (in my opinion the best gluten-free pastry shop in Viterbo). They made me feel without any discomfort about celiac disease, in fact quite the opposite. The owner was very courteous and professional, with a lot of experience. There are very few places like this. Not to mention the location and the atmosphere which can be both romantic and familiar at the same time. In conclusion, we saw the foreign part and I can't wait to go there in the summer to eat so well next to a pond with ducks!
