30/12/2023: I went for an aperitif. Raw fish, Negroni, chill out music in a very refined and relaxed location where you can fully breathe the atmosphere of the sea. It was a moment of heaven. The service was very courteous and jovial. I really appreciated the elegance and attention to detail combined with a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

15/01/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante viste le buone recensioni, che dire, mi sembra un altro ristorante. Rapporto qualità/prezzo lontanissimo dall'essere accettabile! I piatti non sapevano di niente...sarà stata una giornata sfortunata del cuoco, ma per me pessima esperienza.

17/02/2024: Today, a beautiful day, we decide to return to this restaurant, where I went mainly for the raw fish dish which had at least 7/8 different types of crudités. I order it and there are only 3 very small portions for the price of 40 euros!!!! I won't add anything else...

The best waiters in the country by far served us the extremely high-quality food with their graceful elegance and dedication in a way that is second to none. Every movement was perfect, the personal accompaniment to the suggested table with the possibility of selecting and deselecting, serving from the right, help with Italian and leaving the table backwards with eye contact with the guest, like something out of a picture book. Federico harvested the herbs for our dishes fresh from his own Beet restaurant. Beautifully located, you can enjoy your evening here. Thank you Federico for this beautiful experience!

02/04/2024: Upon entering the restaurant I politely ask if they have a place for me. They ask me: "for one person?" As if they didn't particularly like it...(I think I have the right to go to dinner with or without whoever I want!!!); they make me sit at a table chosen by them, after a few minutes a couple comes in and makes me move to another room without asking for my consent or at least apologizing. Behind me are crammed boxes that probably contain wines... not very elegant. I order tagliatelle with seafood after being reassured by the owner that they are served with a VARIETY of fish. Disappointment!!! 11 tasteless clams, 2 shrimps and strips of octopus to make a dish of certainly not gargantuan dimensions more full-bodied. No shrimp, no mussels or other fish. Result: I left hungry! Bill: 19 € of which 3 for a 75 ml bottle of Panna water, without cap so certainly filled at the moment (from who knows what source...), but it was certainly not Panna water, the flavor of which I know very well. I also asked for my fork to be changed because it wasn't clean... no apology from them for the inconvenience. No wipes to wash your hands, despite having ordered fish. The only positive note was the courtesy and smile of the (foreign) waitress. Oh I forgot! The owner, turning to the lady (his wife?) who welcomed me, asks: "is she alone?" "that" would be me... but the owner doesn't know that I can hear even through walls. Noblesse oblige! Chapeau!

22/01/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo la domenica per la prima volta dopo aver prenotato.
Il personale Gentile.location e vista stupenda. Il mangiare buono anche se i tortelloni maremmani erano 3 di numero. Piatto povero nella simmetria ma non nel prezzo.
L unico rammarico in un ristorante come questo il tovagliolo deve essere di stoffa,e non di carta.
06/01/2024: Simple restaurant with an amazing view! I recommend arriving for sunset! The same chef hasn't been there for a few years but the food is always good and the prices are very honest! There is also dinner for those who are not golf members

15/01/2024: Albergo in posizione panoramica, con camere moderne, spaziose e silenziose. La location è molto bella anche se per arrivare alla spiaggia serve una navetta che toglie un po’ di libertà. Il servizio è buono e la colazione è di qualità discreta.
08/10/2023: Peccato che è vietato pubblicare registrazioni telefoniche senza aver avvisato prima e ricevuto il consenso alla registrazione e pubblicazione. Ribadisco che il direttore si nega al telefono. La stagione 2023 è iniziata ed il rumore è aumantato. All'esterno, nei pressi del parcheggio dell'albego ha un condizionatore che produce un gran rumore giorno e notte. La comodità degli ospiti dell' albergo non deve essere un grande disagio per tutto il vicinato. Penso sia giusto informare i soggiornanti che l'albergo non ha rispetto per il circondario Penso che il direttore mi abbia risposto dicendo tra l' altro che vorredde conoscere il mio cognome: purtroppo si nega al telefono facendo dire che non è in sede quindi non posso presentarmi. Invito il direttore ad un sopralluogo visto che nella risposta sembra molto collaborativo. 7 ottobre : Finalmente l' albergo ha chiuso. E' tornata la pace. Niente condizionatore evviva !!!!
