Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook. The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉 Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

06/04/2024: Very beautiful and evocative environment, there is a beautiful window and in summer the environment outside certainly makes it. The waiters were very kind right from the start. We chose the seafood tasting in order to taste multiple courses. All the dishes were interesting and well executed, a couple of critical points regarding the cooking of the octopus (chewy, but very well roasted) and the bisque (it didn't taste good, unfortunately it ruined the whole dish) The dessert wasn't bad but the caramel was a little too forward and the ice cream didn't taste like much, but its function in the end was to give freshness and this it did. A positive note is the wine list, very extensive and with several important choices. All in all a wonderful experience, I felt very sorry for a waitress who unfortunately had no voice that evening, so she couldn't explain the dishes (in my opinion they could have sent someone else) It's worth coming!

17/02/2024: Aroma was recommended by our concierge, and he was right. The food was divine. We had the shared appetizers, the warm shrimp in mashed tomato sauce and grilled octopus. Then we had their specialty, spaghetti carbonara with seafood. Amazing!!!! The atmosphere was great, the wine was great. We highly recommend it.

03/10/2023: Very small environment with tables at the front entrance, location in the pedestrian area in the town center. The food is delicious to say the least: Caciucco and Moscardini with yesterday's bread, a good white wine and the evening was perfect knowing the owner, a cheerful and fun person. Advised

02/10/2023: Dopo essere stati al caciucco blues a giugno ed essercene innamorati, siamo ritornati ad ottobre e Francesco non ha fatto altro che confermare le sua grandi capacità.. La cucina è prelibata, frutto di ricerca, che si caratterizza per il perfetto equilibrio di sapori e incontri anche contrastanti.. Si. Mangia bene in molti posti, ma qui siamo su un altro livello..la passione si sente nell'armonia con cui ogni ingrediente è dosato alla perfezione.. Sublime.. Non per tutti i palati, perché Occorre saper accettare Francesco e il suo mondo, che a mio parere è onesto e prezioso. Chapeau!!!!

06/04/2024: Quiet environment where you can spend a good evening. Excellent Service, Attentive, Prepared and Very Kind Waiters. the dining room manager, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and the wine. What about the food: Oysters of many varieties, stratospheric appetizers, and a killer risotto with monkfish, chestnuts and a celery foam. We will definitely come back to eat there. Highly recommended.

Ottimo servizio, appetizer modesti ma buon pane servito caldo. ottima la cantina, mare caldo perfetto, spaghetti peperoni e ostriche magnifici, unico rilievo il filetto di agnello stupendamente guarnito ma ahimé totalmente insapore. Dolci nel complesso poco creativi rispetto alla filosofia del ristorante anche se di buona materia prima.
