19/03/2024: Located in the historic Piazza Caduti per la Libertà, with the best baroque-style monuments of the beautiful city of BRA, in front of the imposing façade of the church of Sant'Andrea, with the façade of the Municipality attributed to Vittone, the stupendous Mattis palace from the 18th century and the Traversa palace, the Cantinetta has always been a traditional city bar that has been able to resist the rapid changes of the times. With the quality, professionalism and courtesy of the owner Sergio Miscia and his staff, who have been able to adapt to current times, without distorting themselves and losing the authenticity of the place. A lovely terrace in the small square, the wonderful underground cellar with the classic brick vaults of ancient Piedmont which gives a unique charm, the room on the ground floor with the counter and the beautiful, carefully selected bottles that represent the territory and beyond. Classic bar for a breakfast with good pastries and focaccia, or an aperitif with Langa and Roero wines or Alta Langa bubbles adds its strong point in modern catering, both for the business lunch, usually frequented by local customers and gourmet tourists looking for a quality dish, accompanied by a good glass of wine without wasting precious time and with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. Today for a light working lunch, we reluctantly left behind fantastic traditional first courses for a fantastic breaded steak that we improperly call Milanese. In reality, in our large province, the leg meat of the Albese sub-breed is very tender and tasty, the pride of the butchers of Brai, together with the renowned sausage, lightly coated with egg and breadcrumbs and lightly fried. In my opinion one of the best things about peasant cuisine. A good bottle of Ribolla Gialla Friulano to celebrate Saint Joseph and the fathers and a good coffee. Very correct bill (50.00ero for two people) for a light and tasty break, served with professionalism, kindness and kindness. 17/03/2024: Very nice and clean gastronomy. Lots of choice on the counter. Quality of healthy cuisine with the right seasonings. The dishes are of excellent quality. The meals consumed on site are very good, freshly prepared and served by competent staff both in terms of dish recommendations and attention to service. The environment is welcoming and very clean. I would recommend it a million times.

21/02/2024: I had the Ethiopian filter coffee my wife had the matcha latte and our daughter had a hot chocolate my wife and I sipped ours and agreed this place may be the best we’ve ever been to… then we sipped our daughters hot chocolate omg words fail me Nicaraguan bean to bar with amazing grass fed milk and cane sugar… epic hardly covers it. If this place was in New York there would be a line out the door!

10/02/2024: Ordinato due brioches con caffè e cappuccino: una friabile e l’altra secca come il cartone (che lascio dopo il primo morso). Ho fatto cortesemente presente il problema alla cameriera che ha fatto finta di nulla e vado al bancone per ordinarne un’altra (alla stessa cameriera). Sul conto mi ritrovo 3 brioches e alle mie rimostranze viene risposto che le brioche sono fresche, Punto. Gran maleducati, hanno perso 2 clienti abituali… peccato.
