26/03/2024: Discovered almost by chance, looking for a place for after dinner in the Avigliana area that was open on Sunday evening.
A very pleasant experience with an original location, like a Parisian living room, an infinite menu full of delicacies, a selection of teas from around the world, slices of cake, many types of hot chocolate, affogatos, even toast and ramen and much more.
This time we treated ourselves to an affogato, really good and generously sized in elegant ice cream cups as I had been struggling to find for some time now.
I can't wait to go back, I think this is enough to make you understand how much I recommend it.
Honorable mention to the fact that by not accepting tables with more than 5 people per table, a pleasant, intimate environment is preserved which offers a 5-star experience.
10/03/2024: Terrible welcome, the owner doesn't care at all about making customers feel at ease, on the contrary. After all, you have 42 years of experience, what do I as a customer know about the difference between being treated well and badly... I will never return (and I imagine the owner will be very happy about it) and I will recommend anyone to stay safe stay away from this horrible place

Terrible food and incompetent waiters.
I don't recommend it to anyone, rather stay home

Piatti buoni e ben curati
Peccato per l’invasione delle cimici che volano attorno ai piatti e si posizionano su sedie e tavoli: rendono l’esperienza decisamente spiacevole.
Credo che sia premura dei gestori curare l’ambiente e per quanto possibile optare per una disinfestazione!
08/09/2023: io e mio marito volevamo concederci una bella serata al lago. decidiamo di prenotare un tavolo per cena ma non troppo tardi per non trovare troppa gente... ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo vista lago stupendo... ma di stupendo è rimasto il lago! Ci hanno servito da bene e poi il nulla più totale! Abbiamo aspettato 1 ora e 20 minuti prima di chiedere notizie sui nostri piatti mentre i tavoli vicino a noi erano tutti serviti. Ci rispondono che 5 minuti e arrivava tutto. passati altri 30 minuti decidiamo di alzarci e andarcene. Andiamo alla cassa e troviamo la titolare che ci ha fatto pagare coperto e bibite senza neanche chiedere scusa. Può succedere che una comanda si perda o si ritardi, ma la cosa pessima è stato il comportamento della signora alla cassa. un "mi spiace" sarebbe stato gradito. comunque quella sera più persone lamentavano il servizio scadente.

Very rude staff, terrible service.
If you want an all you can eat, this is the wrong place. Now they don't let you order more than 10 pieces, which is absurd.
There were 2 of us, we placed the first order (which did not exceed 10 pieces each) and the waitress very rudely, and without much explanation, began to cancel the orders from the list saying that there were too many and that some were only for the evening (none of this specified on the menu). Absurd!
15/03/2024: Very dirty place, and this alone would make me not go back.
The walls are very old and so is the floor, and I also have my doubts about the hygiene of the staff.
The sushi is prepared behind the counter and although they use gloves, they touch everything with the same gloves and then touch up the sushi.
The middle-aged lady is very unpleasant and speaks very rudely.
The quality of the food is very poor. I don't think I will go back and I actually wanted to leave the first time I entered but I would have made the people who were with me uncomfortable. Perhaps, by bringing them, I made them even more uncomfortable. I didn't find a single positive note, perhaps the price but judging from everything else, I would say that it fully reflects the place, in fact, perhaps it is even high for what it offers.

03/01/2024: The bread is very good but the prices are excessive and even regular customers are anything but pampered. With 20 euros of spending, asking for 10 cents for a paper bag every time definitely upsets the purchase. Furthermore, three times over a period of time I found decidedly rancid cream in the brioches and I noticed it at home. The last time I no longer had the receipt but even though it had already happened and even though she knew me, the owner neither compensated me nor offered to come and meet me. He brushed me off by saying it could happen.
If it weren't for the fact that the bread is good and that there are few alternatives at Pasché, that attitude would make the customers disappear.
26/12/2023: The coffee ☕️ was cold when I asked for a replacement a little girl came to my table with haughtiness and an unpleasant manner so she brought me back another washed out coffee I am very sorry that the coffee brand has an important name in its quality which is excellent

17/03/2024: Terrible, cutting board with old and dried products, chips soaked in oil and undercooked, the gentleman who served us was very annoyed to serve us. Never again
28/01/2024: Too bad I can't give less... Crazy with my family we go in for lunch taking care not to kill ourselves on the entrance steps into a small room and after a while we are welcomed not kindly by an elderly gentleman who seemed disturbed by our presence .. With a bit of hassle he takes us up a very narrow ladder into a miserable upper room where we literally couldn't reach the table... while we were going up a guy from the staff abruptly informs us that we have to wait a long time partly because we all arrived together..... We sit down and they don't leave us the menu which remains in the armpit of the elderly gentleman who also scolded my wife because she used the bathroom on the lower floor instead of the one upstairs...my wife he goes down to get the menus, we leaf through them and we notice absurd prices for such a location... WE NOTE that the glasses look like they came out of the fryer, not the dishwasher. We are tempted to order pizzas and when the brusque guy arrives we ask him if they do pizzas for lunch.... He abruptly tells us no and invites us to go out and go to the pizzeria in the square. We immediately left.
THESE ARE NOT PEOPLE WORTHY OF DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC.
STAY AWAY IT'S SHAMEFUL FOR THE CATEGORY

13/09/2023: Il locale offre una bella vista sul lago. Considerando però che non siamo sul lago d'Orta, lago Maggiore o altre località di certo più blasonate e che l'arredamento del bar sia interno che esterno è molto spartano un caffè a 1,80 mi sembra a dir poco esagerato...
15/08/2023: non fanno conti separati e per di più ognuno deve per forza ordinare qualcosa che non sia acqua. mai vista una cosa del genere.

Il ristorante è molto elegante, atmosfera piacevole e relax abbiamo mangiato bene con ottimo dolce tartatin , il risponsabile di sala è un ragazzo Egiziano mi scuso se non mi ricordo il suo nome era molto disponibile, simpatico, professionale e preparato, appena siamo entrati... Abbiamo trovato subito l'acqua e il menù già sul tavolo! grazie anche alla proprietaria La Signora Giuliana che ci ha accolto noi al tavolo con sorriso ! sicuramente ci torneremo quando cambiano il menù presto.
Consigliatissimo. 🤗
