06/04/2024: Being able to "create" a high-level fish restaurant in a remote village in the middle of the Po Valley is, I think, no small feat.
Courtesy, quality and competence have their price, but it is undeniable that we had a really good time.
Book dinner in advance or go for lunch like I did... there are only 30 seats!
04/03/2024: A nice birthday from Franz who is always a guarantee, excellent cuisine and a quiet and relaxing environment if I really have to find a small flaw, in our case too long a time between the various courses
However highly recommended

A business lunch was transformed into the discovery of a corner of paradise where good taste, friendliness and a passion for the pursuit of quality reign, enhancing local products and revisiting traditional dishes with taste.
I highly recommend it and you absolutely must try the truly crazy pistachio semifreddo!!!

28/03/2024: We had dinner in this small and well-kept restaurant and ate in a superlative way, something we hadn't had in a long time! Delicious dishes and excellent panissa. It costs a little more, but it's worth treating yourself to a treat every now and then. The only flaw is that it is in Vercelli and we are from Turin, but we will return on purpose. Congratulations again!!

polipo che si scioglie in bocca cottura eccezionale un vitello tonnato degno di del suo nome e della sua tradizione ma soprattutto le costine a bassa temperatura veramente goduriose
