07/04/2024: Discovered by chance, exceptional pizza, young and kind staff, very nice environment. For those who want to eat a good pizza this is the right place. And certainly from what I've seen the first and second courses should also be good. Prices normal, go and try it

22/03/2024: The food is very good, there are all the typical Neapolitan dishes, they have recreated the atmosphere of the alleys of Naples, the only problem is that it is too quiet and doesn't take the line very well.
Well, in the end the food is good and I would also say the service is excellent

05/04/2024: We went here for the first time, after reading an article on the best pizzerias in the Castelli. Delicious and very light pizza, you can feel the quality of the raw materials and the particularity of the dough is unrivaled. Furthermore, the place is super special.
Highly recommended, we will be back!
23/03/2024: after years of going there it's always a pleasure to go back, every week the pizza dough changes, always gluten-free, and they are really very good.
we booked with the fork, the service is fast and the atmosphere is super special.
we stayed on dessert for a while, a slice of bread (always made with their dough) with Nutella for €6, which seemed excessive to us.
with the fork's 20% discount we paid €31 for two.

22/08/2023: High quality products with attention to ingredients. Fantastic both from a taste and quality point of view.
I recommend the bread, all of it, but the sciapo, the bread with walnuts, is particularly fantastic. The pizza with walnuts, the one with corn. Wine biscuits and all the other desserts.

03/02/2024: Vicino al centro di Genzano hotel stile anni 80 ma pulitissimo staff cortese colazione con buoni prodotti prezzo un po' elevato per i servizi offerti ..plus il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo e disponibili per i clienti

12/11/2023: Siamo andati a pranzo alle Carceri con degli amici che sono clienti abituali e che ci avevano parlato molto bene di questo ristorante storico e possiamo solo che confermare la loro opinione. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall'antipasto ricco ai primi sfiziosi e ben conditi, ai secondi e agli ottimi contorni. Titolari e personale molto gentili. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.

17/08/2023: Trattoria storica dei Castelli romani gestita della Famiglia Mariani (il noto Elio ha passato le consegne ai "giovani"), che offre la tradizione della classica pizza romana sottile e croccante. D'estate si può mangiare nel fresco pergolato/porticato che c'è all'esterno. La pizza è molto digeribile. Ci sono anche menù molto convenienti, prezzi accessibili.
24/07/2023: Avevamo voglia di pizza romana. Da ragazzi ci venivamo spesso ed era sempre pieno. Il venerdì di luglio 2023 era vuoto. Ci ero stato da soli verso aprile e sinceramente avevo mangiato bene. E invece questo venerdì abbiamo preso tutti supplì.. Si solo un euro ma era la metà di un supplì normale. E fatto i conti che si eravamo soli in 3 e pagato 36€ ma cercando di tirare le somme i 6€ in più che ci ha fatto pagare non uscivamo.. Presumo sia il coperto.. Ma 2€ a testa?? È il 20% di conto in più. Spero che non chiudete.. Ma la via sembra quella.
