10/03/2024: I had booked on Saturday afternoon, I had not seen the menu before. I didn't want pizza, but a first or second course. So when we go on Saturday evening, he tells me (who was "welcoming" us at that moment) in an almost annoyed way, "in the evening we only do a pizzeria, can't you see what's written there", I'm fine ok, but we can have an appetizer ? No, we only make pizzas (always in a slightly peeved manner). Well, a restaurant/pizzeria, where they don't even have a type of starter, even just a hot mix (🤔)... it's really disappointing, leaving aside the ways. Decent pizza, the decomposed cannoli good, the tiramisu failed (it was practically soaked in coffee to the point that it covered everything else and a shovelful of cocoa on top... imaginable) Probably as a takeaway pizza maybe I would contact them. But as a local I don't think I'll go back again. It's a shame, I wanted to change my mind compared to years ago, when they were located further along (I don't know now if it's old or new management) but, alas, I haven't found a place where I can say "but we will absolutely go back", no, unfortunately not. I advise you, as a customer who might miss reading if you do or don't do something, in any case always respond and inform with professionalism, even if maybe it's the hundredth time you've said it or if it's obvious to you. And maybe add an appetizer to the Saturday evening menu... like in every place where you eat just pizza. P.s. I'm referring to Saturday evening, because I went there on a Saturday evening: so no first or second courses, or starters, only pizza and dessert on the menu.

25/02/2024: Prenotato per domenica a pranzo. Siamo i primi clienti. Possiamo scegliere il tavolo tra quelli preparati per due ( preciso che nella prenotazione per email avevo espressamente chiesto un posto tranquillo) ma dato che il posto è piccolo la distanza tra i tavoli è ridotta la minimo…quindi scelta quasi obbligata…( detestiamo dover ascoltare le conversazioni altrui…per fortuna ci capiteranno vicino due giovani che hanno parlato a bassa voce….altrimenti) sui tavoli non ci sono tovaglie nè runners ma tovagliette di materiale plastico che personalmente non gradisco. Porta del bagno maschile priva di chiave e carta igienica inesistente perché finita….siamo i primi avventori….non hanno controllato. Prese le ordinazioni chiedo la carta dei vini. Ordino un Gewurtztraminer alto atesino….ma poi arriva stesso vitigno ma alsaziano…forse quello che ho chiesto non è disponibile…ma perché non dirlo…”prima” di aprire la bottiglia. Per il resto personale cortese e simpatico e le materie prime ottime. Il cestino del pane fresco e fragrante. Tempi di attesa perfetti. Il conto non è stata una sorpresa, ci aspettavamo di spendere la cifra finale, tuttavia, rispetto ai locali di Milano cui siamo abituati, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è un pochino sfavorevole. Potrei tornare ma non ci verrei più apposta.

18/02/2024: Ottimo ristorante: accogliente e intimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e affabili. I piatti tutti squisiti. Come portata principale abbiamo preso la pancia di maiale, sensazionale! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Even when I have a negative experience like in this case, something exceptionally annoying has to happen to push me to write. In this case the owner's responses to the reviews here on google maps, I invite everyone to try to filter for the negative reviews to get a real idea of ​​the experience that this pizzeria offers, personally if I had read before I would not have agreed to book here. Let's move on to the actual review: prices absolutely out of scale considering the area. Pizzas which, with the exception of the margherita and the marinara, cost from a minimum of €10 up to €18 (with an average cost of around €13). We consumed two spritzes and paid €12. We got up following the impossibility of personalizing a pizza because, and I quote, "the ingredients are counted". Finally, I would like to leave a little advice to the owner: correct customer management (especially when dissatisfied) can still result in a pleasant enough experience to avoid negative reviews, which can, accumulating over the long term, affect attendance at the venue.

After calling in the afternoon specifying dietary requirements, this evening we sat down for dinner and the only alternative they provided was a pizza marinara... in 2024 the only thing a restaurant knows how to offer is a marinara. And asking for the addition of some ingredients present in the special pizzas list they replied that they could not add them as these ingredients were "counted" for those pizzas and if someone else had asked for them they would not have known how to make them. In a semi-empty pizzeria on a Wednesday evening at 9.30pm. NEVER AGAIN!
