28/12/2023: Purtroppo mi ritrovo a dover lasciare una recensione negativa dopo una pessima esperienza passata qualche mese fa in questo ristorante. La vicenda è nata quando nella fretta di andare ad una delle tante lezioni universitarie io con tutto il mio gruppo di amici (12 persone circa al quale avevo consigliato il posto) ci siamo recati a pranzare qui, 2 del nostro gruppo avevano già un pranzo al sacco e per non buttare via tutto si sono comunque seduti a consumare il pasto con noi, facendo comunque attenzione ad ordinare qualcosa da bere e con la volontà di pagare il coperto per limitare il disturbo al locale per la non consumazione di cibo da parte loro. Purtroppo, si spera per iniziativa del tutto personale, una delle dipendenti ha pensato di venire ad insultarci dandoci dei maleducati e ancora più grave attaccando le nostre famiglie accusandole di aver cresciuto delle persone poco educate. Adesso tolto se l'errore lato cliente sia fatto in buona o cattiva fede reputo personalmente che in generale ci si debba sempre porre con educazione/professionalità nel esporre una problematica o in generale rapportarsi con altre persone. È un peccato perché di per sé il locale non è male, ma dopo un evento del genere sia io che tutto il mio gruppo che ha avuto la sfortuna di trovarsi in una situazione del genere non avremo problemi a trovare valide alternative nella zona.

05/02/2024: Small but historic pizzeria in the center of Tolentino, the pizza on the plate has a particular dough, usually called pizza al testo, because it is not very thin but crumbly, however very tasty and digestible and with generous seasoning. Polite and friendly staff. The tables are in the same room as the takeaway sale, so there is a little movement.

01/01/2024: In due occasioni sono stata in questo locale e mi sono trovata molto bene, ottima varietà di pizza al taglio che spazia dalle pizze classiche a quelle gourmet, tra queste ho apprezzato molto la Carbonara! Ho mangiato sia in esterno quando il clima lo permetteva ed ultimamente invece ho mangiato internamente, anche se la struttura non dispone di molti tavolini purtroppo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, tornerò sicuramente++

21/07/2023: A very pleasant surprise. I didn't even know they made pizza, much less that you could eat there. The pizza was really excellent and the place is a little oasis in the city that you don't expect... I don't know if it's the location or if there were no cars passing by but it felt like being out of town. In summary I really recommend trying the pizza and why not eating on site too.

16/02/2024: Just enough pizza (it made me very thirsty and therefore not good rising). I don't recommend tasting the cured meats because they are not kept in an appropriate way, so much so that some are rancid and not very edible. The food is also not recommended: tortellini or pasta with cream and ham are still on the menu!! The place is old even in its furnishings, with non-existent air conditioning (I had to take my coat and sweater to the laundry the following day because they were soaked in "kitchen"). Slow service. Not recommended.

23/03/2024: Really good pizza, excellent dough and I say this as a (Neapolitan) pizza chef, but I would like to make a few small observations, the broccoli on the pizza had definitely been seasoned with a bit of vinegar and it's not like we eat them in Naples. Baba' very good, shame about the spray cream on top (it would have been much better to use whipped cream). 5 pizzas all cooked well except one which was quite burnt underneath, certainly when it was turned in the oven it was not put back in the same place. However, these were only intended to be positive criticisms because the products are truly of high quality, a very good pizza chef.....I will definitely return and will also recommend it to friends, congratulations
