01/04/2024: We went last night, Easter evening, on the advice of our hostellerie (Il Nest of Love), and finally we ate the typical dishes of the area in a warm and comfortable environment. The bagna cauda and the two chickpea soups are sublime.....We will definitely return when we are in the area again. Highly recommended.

07/04/2024: Cozy and friendly place slightly off-centre from the centre. We opted for a burger and a pizza. Excellent hamburger, plentiful and with really tasty ingredients. The freshly made bread is truly a gem. The pizza, however, was below expectations... The service, despite some inattention, was friendly and pleasant. Super value for money for these times with absolutely good prices.

08/03/2024: The spaghetti vongole, the penne all arrabbiata, the antipasti mista and the tiramisù were simply fantastic. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and there was a very familiar atmosphere - I highly recommend this restaurant and at fair prices. We always enjoy coming back.

25/02/2024: Sono stato in questa pizzeria con la mia ragazza e sono rimasto molto deluso. Pizze e dolci da dimenticare: fatte male con ingredienti scadenti. Un cameriere maleducato e sbrigativo che sembrava non avesse tempo e voglia di servirci. Unica nota positiva le cameriere gentili.

The curtains had also been adapted and therefore did not insulate at all, but even if they were perfect, the food arriving from above from an external staircase was continually opened by the waiters. There were free seats inside. Price of the meal high for the quality of the food and the service received.

19/03/2024: Returning from Vignale Monferrato... I went... together with my family... for the first time to this pizzeria in San Salvatore... and we were relatively satisfied. The location was beautiful... pizza... decent. ..with quality products...maybe, I don't know if it was the fact that we arrived too early...but the toppings...were unrelated to the pizza...in any case, not bad...all things considered. prices... slightly high... but given the quality of the products used... it's okay.

03/03/2024: Quando ho voglia di pizza, non ci penso due volte e la scelta ricade sempre sulla Bottega. Qui la farinata è un must . Come fai a non prenderne almeno 3 fette a testa ???? È buonissima . La pizza è super. Io prendo sempre quella al tegamino ma anche quelle alla griglia sono eccellenti. Gli ingredienti sono sempre freschi e di qualità e oggigiorno non è scontato . Ad Alessandria ho provato altre pizze ma poi sono sempre regolarmente stata male, sicuramente per la lievitazione fatta male o le pizze crude. È una pizzeria prevalentemente da asporto ma ha una saletta dove gustare la pizza in loco, e in estate mettono il dehor. Aggiungo che se è lì da 40 anno senza cambiare gestione…. Un motivo ci sarà ….!!!!
