08/01/2024: I went on a Saturday with my family and I must say that it immediately seemed a little cold in terms of environment (also in terms of temperature). I remembered the pizza as being better but maybe my tastes are too difficult. Nice place but small and it gets annoying talking.
18/12/2023: High hospitality, service and quality, but the temperature of the room was quite low and we dined in the cold.

Excellent pizza, fish (in my case sea bream fillet) very good.
The desserts, to my taste, discreet.
The service was impeccable and fast.
Limoncello at the end of dinner offered by the house.
Thank you, we will definitely be back
05/04/2024: I asked the waiter for a banal capricciosa pizza.
The pizza was mediocre, very normal ingredients. The mushrooms were a particularly soft mush and without any flavor (very strange for porcini mushrooms!!).
The beauty is about the bill. A capricciosa pizza at the Barbarossa restaurant in Alessandria costs €18!!!!
What can I say, you are the world champions.
If you find a more expensive capricciosa, let me know so I can try it.
Unfortunately in this pizzeria they have invented a method to increase the costs of pizzas. They charge for each ingredient separately. Keep this in mind.
The problem is not the price itself. I would be willing to pay even more for a pizza, as long as the cost is justified by the quality of the ingredients.
I want to reiterate that in this case it was a banal capricciosa with mediocre ingredients.
Total cost for a capricciosa, a beer and a grappa, €32!!!
It was certainly an unforgettable dinner!
They lived up to their name!!

The preparation and cooking of the pizza absolutely needs to be reviewed.
The one we ate was comparable to frozen pizza.

28/03/2024: If you are looking for a Fancy environment this restaurant is not for you. But if you are calm people who don't care about the location, yes, it is clean but very 70s (if I'm not mistaken). The pizza they make for me is one of the best in Alessandria! It is subtle with quality ingredients. I also liked the dessert. The prices are unbeatable, personally if I were them I would lower the starters by €1 and increase the first courses by €1. The gentleman who serves is probably the owner, he is of a certain age.
04/02/2024: Pizzeria storica del centro storico. Entriamo con luci spente e freddo. Cameriere in maglione abbastanza cortese da un vecchio bancone liso ci invita a sceglierci un tavolo. Ci accomodiamo e solerte ci porta un menù plastificato datato 1982. Dopo un po’ ci arriva una pizza che a chiamarla così è un eufemismo. Secca,non lievitata,insapore,con incredienti mediocri,non curata,con la base del base del forno non pulita.Unica nota di merito la cottura in formo a legna. Immangiabile. Volevo prendere un antipasto ma la terribile vetrina (con la luce spenta e forse non refrigerata) non ispirava. Esperienza pessima. Da evitare assolutamente

31/03/2024: Partendo dal fatto che è un giorno di festa quindi posso accettare che qualche sbaglio o ritardo è giustificabile ma arrivare all’una e alzarsi dal tavolo dopo 4 ore per 3 portate, con una bambina piccola che ha aspettato un solo piatto 1 ora e 1/2 non lo ritengo professionale. Poca organizzazione nel servizio. menù buono ma veramente troppo l’attesa
31/03/2024: Di passaggio dalla Sicilia per la Pasqua con la famiglia, vivo a due passi dal ristorante e ho voluto portare a cena i miei parenti, come sempre abbiamo trovato qualità e cortesia, partiti con l'idea di una pizza, ma fortemente indecisi, il cameriere ci ha consigliato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto buoni, poi abbiamo optato per una grigliata mista di carne cotta alla brace, che è stata veramente la ciliegina sulla torta.

14/03/2024: The food is good, but 3 times out of 4, you get home, open the box and the pizza is wrong, or you pay for the ingredients in addition, you pay for them, but they aren't there.... It's okay that there are many customers, but I advise you to be more careful with orders, because then one gets tired of paying for things they didn't order or paying for things they didn't get...
24/02/2024: You order pizzas for 8.30pm and they arrive at 9.20pm without warning. Just say it before you can't, the elderly and children ate the home-made pasta with tomato sauce and the pizzas were lost

30/03/2024: Good pizza, although not exceptional. But the dough was well made because it didn't give me any digestion problems. Friendly staff. Fast service. Ample parking possibilities.
We also tried the bruschetta. Very good. Let's get to the negative points: Place with bad acoustics because it is very noisy. I don't recommend the place for a quiet dinner if it's full of people. Knives that don't cut. Prices a little high, especially the drinks: Coca Cola (in a plastic bottle!) at €4.80 seems a little exaggerated to me...
27/03/2024: Good Neapolitan pizza but now considering the increased prices and the city competition, net of the fact that it is more difficult to reach as it is very much on the outskirts (Alessandria industrial area) it has lost a bit... In practice you go there with pleasure but the next time you're looking for something else to stay in the city since you spend the same in other places where perhaps the pizza is even better.

13/09/2023: Nonostante il caldo e nonostante un po' di zanzare (poche!!), non potevo non tornare dai miei amici della (EX) SOMS di Valmadonna, da qualche anno gestori della pizzeria Valmilana. Così ecco che ho colto la "palla al balzo"!! ed un venerdì sera ho organizzato una bella festa di compleanno con tanto di Musica, ekaraoke (grande MAX!!). Pizze fantastiche, vini veramente di qualità, compagnia eccellente, musica fino a non aver più voce!!! Una bellissima atmosfera, ma dopo tutto..si è da amici!! Vero Laura??
15/08/2023: It is absolutely not a restaurant: not even mixed fried food, absolutely heated and dry. Spaghetti with frozen Atlantic clams also overcooked and washed.
