29/03/2024: We were a little afraid because of the very different reviews, but we are incredibly happy that we chose the Bolongaro. The service was incredibly warm, especially to our son. The food was sooooo delicious - we had 2 different pizzas as well as a small penne carbonara for our son and dessert. We can recommend everyone to visit Bolongaro and will come again ourselves. Probably tomorrow ;)

11/05/2024: Pizza ok, good price correct. Plate of grilled meats: a few potatoes as a side dish, no vegetables, no sauces... Really basic. Service staff in a hurry, not very friendly (one of the main people who served us), not professional at all... Which pushes you to order quickly.

01/04/2024: Perfect service, very friendly, fast and effective! Freshly baked focaccia is wonderful as an aperitif. We took the Easter menu, ...the variety and taste were delicious. 5 different starters, the risotto with green asperagi, the baked lamb with potatoes and green beans, all cooked perfect. 01/04/2024: The greeting was very friendly, even though we arrived much too early. We ate the 'Menù di Pasqua'. First up was some wonderful fresh focaccia as an aperitif. The antipasti, the risotto, l'Agnello e contorni, ...the dessert was even packed and given to us, we enjoyed everything very much. 07/01/2024: Incredibile che in un paesino di 400 anime si possa trovare un posticino così speciale. Ristoranti no con una bella atmosfera fatta di luci soffuse e graziosi decori. All’arrivo ci è stato offerto una gradita mise en bouche con bollicine. Abbiamo provato sia i primi che i secondi, tutti originali e squisiti, ingredienti di qualità e impiattamenti graziosissimi. Gianluca è stato carinissimo, ci ha deliziato con assaggini di prelibatezze locali. Complimenti a tutto il suo team. Consigliamo a tutti una visita a questo buon ristorante, magari dal ritorno da una bella gita a Macugnaga.

19/11/2023: Prima dell'apertura prenotavo per la cena una porzione baby di tortellininin brodo vegetale .Servita dalla premurosa e professionale Angela credevo che i tortellini e poi l'insalata fossero in porzionevridotta come chiesto e richiesto.Peccato per la location sia molto curata e accogliente.Ma come si dice:"il troppo...guasta".Grazie per l'applicazione dello sconto.

03/08/2023: Locale spettacolare, peccato il cibo molto scadente, e il servizio pessimo. Ho partecipato a un buffet e i camerieri non lasciavano il tempo di fare il bis, mancanza di beveraggio Peccato per un posto con una vista spettacolare ma il cibo e il servizio da migliorare assolutamente

04/10/2023: This was just the best little restaurant in the village and local area. Food was great and we were three vegetarians out of four. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were fabulous. We went there four times in one week. That’s how good it was.
