Kitchen. Clean and tidy place, open in the new location from October 2023. Compared to the old location, from what they tell me, they have expanded a lot, and I wish them to fill the room every evening! The cooking idea of ​​Pablo, owner and pizza chef of Pizzeria Biologica, is the one that everyone should apply: natural, TRULY ORGANIC, high quality cuisine. The quality/price ratio is enviable: various types of dough with evident research and study behind it, high quality ingredients and a tomato sauce that will make you cry at how good it is. Even the desserts, prepared by Lyuba, of infinite goodness. Here too, the care and quality of the ingredients and workmanship absolutely strike the palate. Thank you Pablo and Lyuba for your warm and friendly hospitality. This, together with the aforementioned excellent quality, is the perfect combination to see me return to you VERY SOON, making your pizzas known to as many people close to me as possible!

24/03/2024: Excellent organic pizza, I am intolerant to yeast and dairy products. This is the only pizza I can eat without problems! Plus it's super tasty. The homemade desserts are also good

28/10/2023: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante dopo aver letto diverse recensioni, abbiamo preso come antipasto due zuppe di pesce, come primo due tonnarelli con gamberone, bottarga di tonno e salicornia e due tagliolini al nero di seppia, come secondo ci siamo divisi una grigliata al forno con patate. Abbiamo concluso con un tiramisù fatto dallo chef Vincenzo sia al caffè e al triplo cioccolato. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti sia per il servizio, per la qualità del cibo e per il conto pagato . Sicuramente un posto da ritornare..

31/03/2024: We spent 3 days in Cecina, like every year this year however, on Easter evening we went to the Cedrino restaurant, beautiful surroundings, sitting at the table the very friendly staff offered us a glass of delicious prosecco, my family had I took fish first courses, the little girl had pasta with tomato sauce, my husband and I ordered pizza, we ordered it shortly after and it arrived immediately with our dishes, everything was really good, plentiful and I can assure you that all this is difficult today but here everything is like this, the very good pizza, the desserts are the same, the guys who serve you are kind, good at doing their job. at the end of the dinner they also offered us a bitter. Congratulations to everyone, we will definitely be back, I recommend it without any negatives about the possibility of eating well, being treated excellently and the price is really good.
