04/01/2024: The small bistro Lab is truly a special place with a special view, facing the entrance to the Bitonto cathedral. The owners Isa and Stefania, two kind and helpful girls ☺️ I often go there, because the quality of the products is excellent, everything is fresh and you can taste bowls, salads, squash, toast and assorted sandwiches 😋 the selection of Apulian wines and beers 🍺 a place simple, welcoming and moderately priced. Highly recommended for aperitifs, lunches or dinners ✅

19/11/2023: Ieri sera ho avuto il piacere di gustare del buon cibo e bere del buon vino in questo bistrot che si affaccia su Piazza Cattedrale di Bitonto. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Buon cibo gustoso e ottimo vino. Atmosfera del locale molto intima con una vista unica sulla cattedrale di Bitonto.

17/03/2024: We booked at 10.30pm for a dinner at Matsu Bitonto (specifically because Matsu Bari is spectacularly elegant and refined and what you pay is returned to you in terms of environment, service and food quality due to lack of space we found ourselves here) where we were asked to be extremely punctual and then made us wait outside the restaurant standing for more than half an hour together with other people who we seated in order of arrival, trying to free up the tables inside as quickly as possible (we heard complaints of tables being forced to stand up) . Seated at 11.15pm terrible service due to the rush to close the place they made us have dinner within 30 minutes 'all you can eat' style which brings you 7 dishes all together on the table without a logical order and not allowing you to have a quiet dinner, before the drinks arrived...a huge chaos of people seemed to be in a pizzeria with a disproportionate number of people compared to the place, with unrelaxing electronic music...quality of the food? Well it's definitely not the same as Matsu Bari, heavy, sticky rice and non-existent flavours. Well, if you have to dine in Bitonto with the high bill we paid and be served hastily without attention, go to the 'all you can eat' because we're just not there in terms of quality-price!

05/12/2023: Fantastic location!! Pizzas have always been excellent, but the real surprise is the cuisine proposed by Maddy!! Young and enterprising homeowner always looking for unique dishes!! A few days ago I tasted the carbonara with fried octopus, made without eggs and it was nothing short of spectacular.

16/03/2024: Large environment, perfect for dinners/lunches in company with family or friends. They have a room with a large flat screen television, also excellent for evenings when football matches etc. are taking place We ate an appetizer with bruschetta, mozzarella, salmon, shrimp, Ciccio, then pizzas in the center with mixed flavors (capricciosa, spicy salami, margherita, capocollo, pistachio) and then for dessert panna cotta for everyone. The food is really excellent, special mention for the Ciccio and pizza dough, very easily digestible and good. Excellent prices. Attentive and professional staff! Super recommended.

01/01/2024: We went recently for New Year's Eve dinner. The dinner was all based on fresh fish. Good music and lots of fun. A truly lovely evening with friends. The owners and the entertainment team are very good too.

11/03/2024: Great service, especially the coffee, which is very good! The croissants are filled at the moment and freshly baked, the staff are very friendly and kind, I will gladly come again for a coffee!

10/02/2024: Located on via Matteotti, one of the main streets of the city, it enjoys a good amount of public on-street parking. Nice place frequented by good people and run by exquisite, polite and courteous people. You drink excellent coffee.... And not only that, the room outside is very beautiful, in short, worth going there. Always at the top and nice people.!!!!!!

24/02/2024: I have eaten Orecchiette pomodoro varieties all over Puglia and Salento. This time the Orecchiette Terra di Puglia. This was one of the best pastas I have ever had in my life. And there are quite a few 😀. Soooo delicious, thank you!
