08/02/2024: Siamo andati in 4 a pranzo. Si tratta di una trattoria ricavata in una struttura recente, Gli ambienti sono molto semplici, il titolare è disponibile e gentile. Due menu con piatti di terra e due di mare . Forse meglio i piatti di terra (carne molto buona). Nel complesso è un ristorante nella media, forse migliorabile.

22/01/2024: Su indicazione di amici, abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Conduzione familiare, poca apparenza e tanta sostanza. Personale davvero simpatico, materie prime ottime, rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente.

01/04/2024: The review, I state, only concerns the hospitality aspect given that our drink was only two glasses. We enter at around 7.30pm, on the counter there are many aperitif pieces, pizzas, scones, sandwiches, etc. We ask for two glasses of red after it has been clarified to us that there is no table service and we are given two saucers if we want eat something. I grab two small pieces of pizza and we head to the table. The shop assistants who bustle around our table don't tell us anything about the closure, only to then, around 8pm, comment loudly from the counter about who goes to eat at that time who definitely doesn't work in a bar! Since we hear, we understand that we have to get up and, at the same moment, one of the girls tells us with a brush in her hand that the place is closing. Well, let's pay. There is a rather annoyed tone. Among other things, a customer was still at the counter eating. Now, I understand well the tiredness and the desire to end the shift, however it was enough to simply tell us how long we could stay in the room without talking behind our backs. I don't think we will return to try other specialties. When you are in contact with the public, the way you communicate is fundamental

17/03/2024: Siamo ritornati a distanza di un anno per un raduno del pastore tedesco abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 7 bipedi e 5 quattro zampe ci hanno accolto con cortesia portandoci subito due ciotole con acqua. Abbiamo cenato con i piatti tipici del luogo accompagnato con dell’ottimo Chianti. Le cameriere gentilissime e prodighe a spiegarci i piatti sempre sorridenti. Un locale in cui tornare con piacere. Grazie dell’ospitalità e buon lavoro a tutto lo Staff.

20/01/2024: Ambiente confortevole, staff gentile e ben preparato. Ottima la carne, specialmente la tagliata con i funghi, che dire…. Bravi! Torneremo sicuramente per provare altri piatti!!!!

07/04/2024: All quite flat, but sufficient... Unfortunately, the welcome with a smile from those at the checkout and a slightly smarter and more professional service were missing... perhaps not all the trattorias on top of a mountain have them...🤷🏻even if I don't think so depends on this... However, the "pitoro" starter was not bad (especially the cut of the cold cuts should be reviewed), good tordelli, decent pizza, grilled meat a little dry but cooked well, panzerotti baked (not fried) original and pleasant to the taste, assortment of desserts poor, but pleasant overall (the Easter-type rice cake was a little dry)... A little out of the way place, like a trattoria/steakhouse on a passing hill road... quite small room, with few tables. Normal bill for the type of location. In short, overall I don't want to give a negative rating, also because I saw a nice bone-in cut at a couple of tables that seemed to be well made, but I couldn't say if it was good and correct for the price offered... however I would recommend this one, I believe new management, to take better care of its customers right from the reception. The raw materials seem good, but if the atmosphere inside the restaurant is rather "serious", and the care in the service leaves something to be desired, believe me, you will lose many points right from the start! I wish you much luck and work and I leave you a smile, which "costs nothing to those who give it and enriches those who receive it". Good work...

02/04/2024: Without infamy and without praise. Identical to all the hillside trattorias and identical to the previous management. The furniture, the environment and the entire menu are identical. Friendly service. Not exactly cheap account

29/10/2023: Sono stata a cena e sono celiaca,hanno tante proposte senza glutine ,tutto fatto in casa, veramente buono! Io ho preso i tortelli camaioresi e sono veramente buoni

16/10/2023: Trovato grazie alle buone recensioni, siamo andati a pranzo per mangiare un po' di funghi. Il locale è carino ed autentico, il servizio informale ed amichevole come si addice ad una trattoria del genere. Ottimi ed abbondanti i piatti scelti, prezzi onesti, buona la scelta dei vini. Pranzo molto piacevole, consigliato!

16/03/2024: The family box is excellent on Friday evenings and the Sicilian specialties on Saturdays... but every day you can find many types of bread and focaccias and they are all spectacular!!! Over the top for me!!!

22/12/2023: Premesso che sono un gourmet, il forno propone una ottima selezione di pane toscano ,con varianti sciocche e con molte varietà di farine. Tutti di ottima fattura e gusto. Meravigliosi i panini al latte. Manca sono il pane a cassetta da sandwich. I dolci ,sono in parte di tendenza della cultura sicilina. Meravigliose le brioche, sicuramente le migliori della zona viareggina. Stupendi gli arancini. Gabriele
