31/03/2024: It's a shame there are only 5 stars. I would rate this place sixth. Hospitality, food, friendliness and top location. Fabulous panigacci, space tripe, top stew and even the side dishes. 01/04/2024: Found while wandering around on google maps, we discovered this cloister which deserves a lot, not so much, if there was a possibility I would have given the location 6 stars! In this place, in addition to fabulous culinary evenings, we took a journey through history, all described by the very kind owner (also all the staff). Original furnishings, excellent mise en place done with taste! Delicious food, you can feel the goodness of the products and the use of raw materials, generous portions and superlative desserts! There is also a beautiful lounge bar on site! Highly recommended! The gluttons!

08/01/2024: The villa offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing holiday: silence, impeccable cleaning, delicious local food, a refreshing swimming pool, good wine, especially the white selection. The place is situated in the middle of an olive grove, away from the heat and noise of towns, but still close to famous attractions like Montepulciano (30 minutes away), or Florence (1 hour and a half). The staff is also very nice and friendly.

17/10/2023: Stunning structure, immersed in the Val d'Orcia countryside. The welcome from Paul and Judyta is superb. They are the true excellence, from breakfast to availability in any eventuality.

01/04/2024: This is a "must go to" Enoteca! On a pretty town square, the perfect place if, like us, you love great wine and food. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable, The wine was excellent as was the food, we shared several plates of specialties, all delicious but the star for me was the Chianina tartare! The prices are very reasonable too. Child friendly. And if you like Negroni, they do a really good one too! We will definitely come back, thank you!

03/04/2024: The pozza was very heavy for me but other than that, i would call the place a hidden gem.

27/02/2024: Spartaco (il titolare) mi invitato a provare la sua nuova pizza con Burratina fresca basilico e (udite ,udite ) 'NDUIA calabrese. Mai goduto tanto con una pizza! UNICA ED IRRIPETIBILE. Quando uscire da un ristorante/pizzeria e non veder l'ora di tornarci ....è impagabile. Quando la notte non hai problemi a digerire "certe pseudo/pizze. Straordinario lo scegliere farine BIo , olio EVo, lievito madre e ingredienti a KM ZERO davvero; persino la legna per il forno e locale. Staff come al solito....delizioso , sorridente e gentile oltremodo. Sarebbe 'Scorretto' non caldeggiarlo e consigliarlo. P.S.: ecco al solo ricordare il sapore di quella pizza ,...mi riviene un'appetito esagerato.

31/03/2024: from the outside it could have been a typical trattoria, given the excellent reviews. Then as soon as we opened the door a shabby old-fashioned place, we would have already wanted to leave there, but never judge before trying, it makes us sit in front of an old bar counter (but not ancient, old), then he brings us water and wine and then a menu arrives on a sheet of paper. Menu: gnocchi with pesto, fettuccine with ragù and something with anchovies and bread, all around €12, second courses, chicken cutlet, stew, pork chop . that's all, then we looked at each other and left... truly a very sad and poorly looked after thing... I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to eat something good in Sarteano
