23/02/2026: Idyllic and quiet location in the original village near the church with wonderful views of the Langkofel mountain, excellent transport links via the bus stop only 80 m away.

17/02/2026: Extremely charming hotel, the staff goes above and beyond and provides incredible service. Everyone is friendly creating a very homey feeling! Reaching the slopes was very easy with their daily shuttle. Highly recommend it, Santa Cristina is also a beautiful and quaint village

22/12/2025: Hotel Posta offers clean rooms and a central location, ideal for sightseeing. The staff is friendly, however, some facilities seem a bit dated and the service could be more attentive. It's fine for a short stay, but nothing special.

16/12/2025: Fantastic experience at this family hotel. Excellent quality and service. The Villa Dumbo kids' club was a fantastic surprise; they took care of our children as if they were their own. The food was high-quality and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

18/01/2026: Everything you could need – simply top-notch! We were there with our dog, and that was great too (walking area, dog treats, dog shower)... The restaurant was delicious! We'd love to come back again :)

15/01/2026: The food was unfortunately really bad. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, but dinner in the restaurant was terrible. We ordered four pasta dishes, and none of them were satisfactory. Two of them were almost inedible. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (limp, frozen mushrooms) was awful, and the pasta carbonara wasn't even remotely carbonara—more like raw egg yolk with nothing else. For these high prices? No thanks.

25/02/2026: The coffee is decent, but the owner ruins it. We went in for takeout and sat down outside for a minute at a table to wait for our friend. At that moment, the owner of the establishment ran out and started yelling at us, saying that if we'd sat outside, we should have told her so, and then she would have charged us servizio e coperto (service fee). THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE! We'll never go there again! By the way, there's no food at all. Just coffee, bread, and croissants.

07/02/2026: Lovely place for a light lunch. My "local" sandwich was delicious, but you can have soup and salads as well. And the sweets and cakes looked amazing. Highly recommended!

17/03/2026: What an absolutely nightmare! WORST SERVICE EVER! My biggest regret is I didn't check the 1-star reviews at this place beforehand, and avoid being here at all cost! First of all, food is overpriced and small portion. 18.8 euro for a lasagna that's barely a quarter of what you get in a supermarket's frozen section. Second, I have never been treated like this at a restaurant in my entire life! Our table made one payment by cash and one by card. Together, the bill was clear. Then someone in our group paid certain dishes again due to some miscommunication on our end. We displayed all of the receipts and went back for a refund of the double payment on certain items. The waiter, without even listening to our explanation, told us upfront that he would never refund us! He interrupted us at every half sentence, yelled and cursed, so that we could just leave. He then manipulated everyone at the restaurant into thinking that our bill was incomplete because he did not receive our cash payment, while in fact, previously, another waitress took the cash and even gave us coin changes. This whole process lasted almost 1 hour, and the waiter hysterically called us crazy for asking for a refund? Instead of checking what we have ordered and compared it to the total amount he received, he just preprinted out all the receipts of payments from us, and claimed we owe him all these amount. He even said explicitly, he had the money but he just did not want to refund us, and we could call the police if we want. Then to his surprise, we indeed called the police, because we would never tolerate such racist BS. It's not about the amount, but the principle! I could not imagine what difficult upbringing this waiter had been through that he had to scam tourists like this. Eventually, another tourist could not sustain the argument anymore, gave us the amount we claimed for, and to my regret, we left right before the arrival of the police, because we were short on time. Listen, if you need, call the local authority, and do not tolerate such behaviour. They still have customer just because they are at a well located place, but look around, all other places have rating over 4.7/5, while this place has 3.9/5. It's simply ridiculous to have your holiday ruined by going here.
