Amazing place on the Umbrian hills with spectacular views of Montefalco, Spello, Bevagna and Assisi. Fiamma and Fabrizio's cuisine is incredible and attracts people from outside. The use of high quality raw materials is essential. Above all the truffles, the meat of their pigs and the award-winning organic oil.
07/01/2024: We spent three magnificent days in this farmhouse. Luca Matteo and Martina immediately made us feel at home. Matteo's hospitality, friendliness and excellent cuisine are a strong point of these young guys. A farmhouse that deserves to return even just for the kindness they have. If you then put it (excellent cuisine, cleanliness and as I said feeling at home) a wonderful place in the Umbrian hills, you couldn't ask for more. THANK YOU so much guys. See you soon.

17/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati stasera per mangiare ma non siamo neanche entrati.... Fuori dalla porta c è un grande cartello con la figura di un cane e con scritto "io resto fuori"! È la prima volta che mi è capitato, L ho trovato vergognoso e disprezzante! Magari ce ne fossero di persone educate come i cani!

18/02/2024: Premesso che la Locazione suggestiva e il personale impeccabile e cordiale molto professionale, antipasto prosciutto crudo con torta al testo molto buono come primo piatto gnocchi al sagrantino , fettuccine carciofi e guanciale , ravioli ricotta pistacchio e arancia, cappelletti fatti a mano con tartufo, tutto annaffiato con vino Montefalco rosso come secondo polpette e patate al forno, tagliata di vitella con rucola e parmigiano, millefoglie al tartufo con patate al forno, devo dire che questo ristorante caratteristico del luogo ə un ottimo ristorante elevata prestazione in cucina sono molto soddisfatto consiglio di venire a soddisfare il vostro palato e non vi pentirete,41€ a persona.
09/01/2024: Tortellini fatti in casa con tartufo eccelsi, personale molto gentile, ambiente accogliente e curato. Una serata speciale!

26/03/2024: If you are in Bevagna you cannot miss a gourmet break in this place. You will find an exceptional wine list and a cuisine that pays attention to the quality of the raw materials and the right preparation. Also excellent for vegetarians. It's nice to be outdoors or on the outdoor patio or in the upstairs room.

19/02/2024: I bought some chocolate, alchemes and almond biscuits as gifts, unfortunately we didn't taste them on site, inedible, so hard that you risked breaking your teeth. To be fair, I have to say that the bread with raisins and nuts was delicious. It's a shame because tourists are important for these small villages, but it won't ruin the wonderful memory of Bevagna.

The service, unfortunately ruined everything!!!
Apart from the long waiting times, the staff are aseptic and demonstrate no interest in the well-being of customers.
But the most serious thing is that the dish ordered by my daughter arrived after everyone else at the table had finished eating and the waiters took the plates away. It was painful for everyone to eat seeing that she was still waiting. Scandalous!
We pointed this out to the staff, but they didn't even apologise. Given our anger, in the end they didn't charge us for the dish that arrived late. Let's take note of this concrete way of apologizing.

05/11/2023: Ho pranzato in questo splendido e particolare ristorante durante una visita al bellissimo borgo di Bevagna,insieme alla mia famiglia,posso solo dire che e stato eccezionale cominciando dal servizio ,al ottimo cibo genuino e infine al atmosfera ,che dire posto incantevole.Ritorneremmo quanto prima!!!
29/07/2023: Siamo stati qui col mio compagno per pranzo , una sosta breve a Luglio 2023. Il locale è carino e caratteristico ma sul servizio e cibo il giudizio non è per niente positivo. Abbiamo pagato un caffè 2,5 euro ( e in più c'è un coperto da 2,5 euro a testa!) . Insomma per due pappe al pomodoro a pranzo abbiamo speso 50 euro. Un pò troppo anche per un localino originale

02/11/2023: Grazioso localino lungo il corso di Bevagna, personale giovane e professionale, provato dei cappelletti al tartufo molto buoni , supplì accompagnati da una buona sala nel complesso consigliato perché questi ragazzi meritano.
01/10/2023: Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla mia esperienza culinaria presso il Ristorante Nanticchia a Bevagna! Ieri sera ho avuto il piacere di gustare una cena davvero squisita che ha solleticato il mio palato.
Gli ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità del tagliere erano evidenti in ogni morso, regalandoci un'esperienza gastronomica autentica. Lo chiamano “piccolo” ma da solo vale una cena.
A seguire la bontà dei cappelletti e del dolce con la crema, tutto fatto in casa, è stata semplicemente eccezionale.
La creatività dello chef si è davvero espressa attraverso le combinazioni di sapori uniche e sorprendenti.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo che cercano un'esperienza gastronomica autentica e memorabile.
