23/03/2024: Excellent grilled sheep on the grill and special side dishes. Very kind people and a nice environment despite the restaurant being in a remote place where we arrived during a motorcycle tour. I don't give the 5 star because the price was a little above average for each course.

11/03/2024: Always the top!! From starters to main courses it is truly a pleasure to go and eat at Alberto's!! Family atmosphere and very clean. Fixed stop when we spend the weekend in our beloved house in the mountains❤️

07/04/2024: Really liked the ginseng and chocolate croissant but I feel like there was a bit of a language barrier which led to a it of unneeded frustration and stress from a staff. But besides everything was alright and it was cheap.

Indeed with the fish presented and cooked in an imaginative way from the starters to the main courses accompanied from the beginning by tasty bubbles.... 17/02/2024: Trovato per caso, un sabato a pranzo, tra i vicoli di Palestrina. Locale arredato di gusto e confortevole. Ottima cacio e pepe di qualità e altrettanto gli antipasti e il dolce che abbiamo assaggiato.

10/03/2024: Il locale è delizioso, pulito, accogliente e curato in ogni particolare. Persino il bagno merita un'occhiata per quanto è bello e ben tenuto. Ho assaggiato gli antipasti presenti nel menù, tutti ottimi, e gli gnocchi con ragù bianco di bufalo, eccellenti. La cordialità del personale di sala costituisce il valore aggiunto del ristorante. L'attenzione genuina ai clienti da parte della proprietaria/sommelier, infine, è ciò che fa venire voglia di arrampicarsi di nuovo e presto nel paesino di Castro dei Volsci per farsi coccolare in questo ristorante

02/04/2024: In the center of Arsoli, a town on the border between Lazio and Abruzzo. Managers attentive to quality and with a good choice in the cellar. They declare homemade pasta their strong point. In the end I was convinced and had the fettuccine with wild boar ragù. The fettuccine is good but above all the wild boar ragout is well done. The value for money is also good.

29/02/2024: Giornata uggiosa, il bosco che ti sorride malinconicamente allegro, tanto appetito e... una porticina aperta. Dentro, tanto calore e tanta gioia. Guancia di maiale che si scioglie al palato, accoglienza familiare che mai non guasta e, dulcis in fundo, bombardino gustato col mitico Maurizio! Ci sono posti, fuori casa, in cui resti a casa come per magia 😎

26/02/2024: Si r' perfetto x eventi informali ma anche ricercati il proprietario e" sommelier. Noi siamo stati molto bene .lo abbiamo scelto x una rimpatriata dalla scuola. Antipastone primi succulenti agnolotti e gnoccacchi da urlo ..stinco spalla di maialino galletto brasato di cervo..mah tutti insieme ma quanti ancora ne hanno!! Vino ..lago di corbara rosso..e amari e rum e whisky alla fine ..non si puo' immaginare..dintrovarli lassu' !!!! ..ECCELLENTE!!
