12/03/2024: Beautiful experience. Excellent food. Great research and great result. It's an experience worth having. Only note: I was cold... I would have warmed the room more and the description of the dishes is too long and the conversation is interrupted. I prefer to live the culinary experience while chatting with my fellow diners rather than giving all this attention to the waiter for the description of the dishes.
Excellent cuisine, excellent service and I highly recommend having this experience.
20/02/2024: 4.7/5, excellent menu at a reasonable price (€145 signature and €70-80 wine pairing). Worth mentioning are the eclair and the pigeon

The NO NAME wine very good.
Characteristic and chic place... perhaps a little long-winded because, as they anticipated, the dishes are all freshly prepared (hence quality).
I hope to be able to return soon.
05/03/2024: Fantastic restaurant in Sauze di Cesana.
Very nice atmosphere, everything new but with the air of a mountain chalet.
Quick, friendly and discreet service.
Delicious dishes prepared fresh on the spot (a small note on the veal with tuna sauce, the meat a little dry, but an exceptional sauce).
Wide choice of wines.
