31/03/2024: Mha. Honestly, I went to this pizzeria more out of challenge than anything else, reading all the reviews from first to last. All these negative reviews seem more like revenge by unlucky pizza chefs than anything else. The pizza is excellent, well cooked and well garnished, well cooked base, not those fake Neapolitan pizzas that also have stew since the real Neapolitan pizza has to rise for two days and here in Pisa NOBODY does that, no hassle about the number of drinks requests, pleasant service with Giulia who is the utmost friendliness and helpfulness.... I repeat, in my opinion the negative reviews are of pizzerias of envious failures who are in the area. I'm Giuseppe Biancofiore, I don't need to hide who I am.

11/03/2024: Dinner with friends, on the side we were celebrating a birthday, mine. 27 people, 27 mouths who learned about the existence of pizzApp for the first time, had spoken well about it to us. The evening starts off well, the first pizzas arrive immediately, the place wasn't very full so there wasn't too much rush nor the effort of having to satisfy everyone. The first pizzas are eaten and appreciated, after a good hour we look for the waiter's gaze to have more pizzas. The first attempts are in vain, the two room operators almost seem to snub us but this takes second place. They notice us and we manage to ask for more pizza, there must have been 5 more. The youngest waitress accepts the order and leaves, after a handful of seconds the older operator (curly, black hair) approaches again with somewhat opinionated to ask us if we wanted anything else because the bakery was closing; to which I allow myself to ask for another couple of pizzas (I repeat, there were 27 of us, obviously I wouldn't have eaten them alone). From there the frost begins. The lady got everything wrong that a reception operator could have said. When asked for a Cerrettiera Pizza" the lady replies "but look, I've already brought it!!" How the mother responds to her son when he asks for Nutella and replies "nooo because you didn't eat it all". Although this blessed waxer had never actually arrived at our table, it seemed appropriate and even kind to me Reply "ma'am, it was obviously good, it was appreciated". He replies by saying that "if you don't finish the pizzas you will have to pay for them" as one responds to kids with money counted in their pockets. Another quote (I don't remember it honestly) made me come out in a completely natural way "ma'am, if you want, we'll leave" noticing your absolute deviation and annoyance at our requests. As if all this wasn't enough, at 11.00 pm they started to lift the chairs at the tables in front, sweep the floor, and at around 11.20 pm they even started to remove the plates from under people's mouths. A rudeness never seen before, unheard of. Annoyed, we ate the cake on a porch, with the downpour underway, we felt less in awe. I invite the owners to take this into account, it is embarrassing especially considering that since that day 27 mouths have spoken poorly of that place where *I want to specify* you eat a good pizza, but certainly don't have good moments.

01/04/2024: Truly excellent Tuscan cuisine! If you want to try the real Tuscan trattoria this is the place for you! I recommend the Maremma wild boar and the mucco ravioli with ragù!

01/03/2024: Il locale è molto accogliente e rilassante. Per qualsiasi richiesta il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Il cibo è di ottima qualità e rispecchia la tradizione. Ritornerò molto volentieri.

10/02/2024: Più che "spaghetteria", il locale lo chiamerei la "pasteria" dato che di piatti con gli spaghetti ce ne sono soltanto due. Prezzi un pochino alti data la qualità/quantità (un semplice spaghetti al pomodoro 8€). Per i miei gusti, spaghetti alla carbonara con un po' troppo pepe. Staff molto cortese

24/01/2024: We celebrated December 30-31 here and what I can say is that we had a wonderful time!!! Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, AMAZING food, clean and warm rooms, very young and truly competent staff who were attentive to our every need. Highly recommended!!

01/09/2023: B horror movie experience. Exorbitant prices, "chalets" (in quotes because the correct definition would be hovel) with furniture taken from the ragpicker, rickety and dilapidated and rooms with little square footage. Bathroom with shower without box but with already moldy curtain as well as the silicone and tiles. In the evening there are unsleeping smells of septic tanks, badly connected drains so much so that when you flush the toilet the water from the sink comes back up. The walls are so thin that you can hear body noises at all hours and the first one to wake up wakes everyone up. The internal lights are outdoor lanterns. They advertise themselves as wi fi zones and if you ask for the password, assuming they give it to you, they ask you for only one connected device and in any case the line is terrible, lights constantly jumping horror movie style. The sea is a puddle of a maximum height of 50 cm. If you need a washing machine it's €4 without detergent (single and cheaper wash 1 hour). Upon arrival they immediately greet you with a "we are not responsible" for practically nothing. No air conditioning and you cannot bring fans because there are two sockets in the whole chalet (zero in the kitchen) to which you cannot put multiple sockets according to the regulations. The main door is raised by 5 cm so much so that when it rains if you don't wear a towel you will find the house flooded and giant snails wandering around the kitchen and other giant insects that an entomologist can study. "Internal bar/restaurant that opens at 9.00 if you wake up the owner with frozen desserts. In the evening if you want a correct coffee at the counter you are served by a minor boy (alone) who manages alcohol and the room. The only positive note is that if If you have bicycles, you can find something better just a few meters away. For the usual price, a real house is better, which can be found in abundance in agencies. For us, the rush and the presence of elderly people has given us this "gift", next year we know where not to go.
