01/04/2024: Exceptional, service, cleanliness, kindness but above all everything gluten-free too.
Excellent breakfast with quality products, fantastic dinner from the starter, first courses, bread, second course and desserts.
A note of merit for the spa and the typical afternoon dessert buffet. A cuddle!
17/03/2024: The "Drumler" is the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The rooms are spacious and the daily service does a very good job. Kitchen and restaurant service are excellent. Swimming pool and spa offer opportunities for active relaxation.

30/03/2024: Paradise on a plate - we were very happy this evening! 🥰 From the many tempting dishes, we chose the Jerusalem artichoke risotto, the beef fillet in a hay bath and the saddle of veal with a thyme crust. And what else can we say other than: Wow! All the dishes were incredibly well seasoned, the quality of the products used was wonderful, the flavors were brilliantly combined and the portion sizes were just perfect. Add to that the warm-hearted and courteous service from junior boss Max, a fine wine, the wonderful ambience and the evening became an absolute holiday highlight. We can highly recommend Arcana and will definitely come back!
03/03/2024: I really enjoy coming here for lunch on the sunny terrace or dinner in the cozy restaurant. Not only is the view magnificent here, but also the service and the taste of the food. It is cooked with regional products and lots of love! If you've never been here before, you're missing out on a very special gourmet experience in a friendly atmosphere, so what are you waiting for? Definitely try it out!

11/12/2023: Excellent hotel in the center of Campo Tures, it's like feeling at home, excellent buffet breakfast with a sweet and savory variety, very spacious room, clean and equipped with terraces, there is also convenient indoor and outdoor parking and what can I say about the friendliness and friendliness of the managers Sandra, Veronica and Luca, a hotel to be fully recommended.
10/11/2023: disgusting experience never again, it said orange juice big in front of the coffee machine and they told me they make it, I drank one and it was canned juice full of sugar and preservatives which are also harmful to me, and It also costs 5 euros, always in the area, a good juice and if it's made with 100% fruit, that is, definitely better and healthier, you pay 4 euros for it... dishonest!

18/02/2024: Buon ristorante. Molto curato nell' arredamento. Menù ottimo, piatti ben curati e molto buoni. Prezzo non eccessivo e proporzionato alla qualità dei prodotti. Personale cortese.
Ci ritornerò alla prossima settimana bianca.
11/02/2024: Ambiente accogliente e tranquillo. Piatti ottimi con un tocco di originalità. Gentilissimi, ci hanno riservato un tavolo appartato visto che eravamo con un cagnolino. Squisita la tartare e il risotto agrumi e gamberi. Non economico ma prezzo nelle attese. Torneremo sicuramente.

10/12/2023: Ho soggiornato nel ponte dell’ immacolata. Pessima cucina esclusa la prima colazione, vedere il proprietario alla reception vestito da pizzaiolo francamente è da hotel da 1 stella. La spa è mediocre, piscina con acqua tiepida…..l’unica nota positiva è stata la camera, pulita e confortevole. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Voto 1
22/07/2023: Abbiamo soggiornato 5 gg in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un appunto si può fare sul buffet , abbastanza limitato , specialmente alla sera .

26/10/2023: Premetto che in giro non c'era nessuno perché pioveva a dirotto,quando sono arrivato verso le ore 11, non sapendo dove andare a ripararmi,sono andato sotto la tettoia del ristorante.
Dopo nemmeno un minuto è uscita una signora che in tedesco e con modi burberi mi ha fatto capire che dovevo andare via.
Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di rivestirmi che dopo pochi secondi è uscito un altro signore, che capendo che ero italiano, in un italiano stentato mi ha ha aggredito verbalmente e invitato ad andare via immediatamente.
Se questi due signori per caso stanno leggendo vorrei dirgli che si devono vergognare, siete stati patetici.
12/08/2023: Essere l'unico rifugio a 2000m di altezza consente a questi signori di vendere una bottiglia di coca cola, per giunta calda e da asporto, a 5 euro. Sicuramente non ci tornerò e spero che altri eviteranno la stessa spiacevole sorpresa. Avrei dovuto leggere prima le recensioni.
