22/02/2024: Spinechile è una coccola, quando varchi il cancello d'ingresso la sensazione è di entrare in una bolla magica e per tutta la permanenza questa sensazione rimarrà. Cibo delizioso, abbinamenti fantastici, il tutto accompagnato da personale professionale e meraviglioso che ti fa sentire coccolato per tutta la cena. Meravigliosa Paola con gli abbinamenti dei vini, sempre delicata, premurosa e mai invadente.
Spinechile è un'esperienza magica che non scorderemo mai ❤️✨️
12/02/2024: The location is fantastic, especially if you have the opportunity to dine near the window. The food lives up to expectations although, in some dishes, I had the feeling that they wanted to impress more for the number of ingredients than for the taste... but I can be wrong and it can be subjective. Rice and bean, pasta and beans, moose and cod were phenomenal! We didn't appreciate the desserts: I didn't really understand the banana cooked with and served with the peel, but then again, it's subjective. It is normal that the wow effect is not created with every dish. Room service with young but very kind and professional guys. What is not subjective is the temperature of the room: I was in a shirt and wool jacket and after a couple of hours of standing still it was cold. The men's bathroom has a moving sink, details... but, given the star, I also highlight them to make sure they are fixed. Some might say "you could have said it right away" but it was a free dinner and it seemed bad to me to point this out at the office in front of those who were paying. I hope these are tips that can help you grow.

07/04/2024: Very welcoming, nice and clean environment. The staff were very friendly, attentive to customer needs and smiling.
The food is fresh, high quality and sublimely prepared. I ate a truffled tuna tartare which was top notch both for the excellence of the tuna and for the balanced quantity of truffle (it didn't cover the taste of the tuna but completed it perfectly) and some spaghetti with sea urchins and bottarga. Even the sublime spaghetti.....the delicate sauce with a sublime flavor blended perfectly with the spaghetti.
My partner ate the mussels with tomato and chilli and the cuttlefish in black with polenta. These two dishes are also impeccable in taste and preparation.
What can I say.... an exceptional experience to repeat and which I recommend to everyone.
The two nice and professional ladies.

17/03/2024: I highly recommend, typical place, for amateurs, real and unsophisticated. It presents itself as a tavern in an ancient, authentic context, with excellent quality of dishes, slightly revisited compared to tradition without losing its peculiarities. I would have gladly returned on the return journey but unfortunately it was closed, maybe next time!

15/03/2024: The bistro is located close to the city center. Not too easy to identify but a board outside a easy to find it.
The ambience is really cool. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly. One can try sea food here. Restrooms were very well maintained. Also the theme was impressive.
The bar area was also cool and impressive.
I don't say it's a huge place. But, for everything they have done, it's great. I wish the team a good luck. I really enjoyed the food. Cheers

Serata fantastica grazie all'ottimo lavoro di tutto il personale del locale.
Da Silvia che ha organizzato tutta la festa, a Daniela in cucina che ci ha preparato deliziosi piatti, a Angelo che ha gestito bar e vini e a tutto il personale che ci ha servito.
Ritengo sia un locale adatto anche per feste di compleanno per gruppi numerosi.
