Pizzeria Trattoria Beverly Hills In Triggiano

The starters were exquisite: first the cured meats, then the dairy products... the onion jam was very good. I honestly didn't like the pizza at all; the mass was rubbery and the crust wasn't as crunchy as I prefer, even the mozzarella wasn't that great... it looked like chewing gum: the more I chewed it, the more it stuck to the palate, I just couldn't swallow it. In my opinion the pizza base was frozen. For the rest I ate quite well, they told me that the first courses are spectacular and I will most likely return to taste them. In conclusion I think that this restaurant has potential so for now it would be better to focus on the raw materials because even those leave a little to be desired.

I'm in Bari for work...I won't look for another place to eat for my entire stay! Everything was delicious and the prices were amazing!

EXCELLENT venue, ideal for both business dinners and evenings with friends. In particular, I, together with three other people, tried their chips, crunchy but at the same time with a strong flavour, their margherita pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, has an excellent leavening of the dough and quality toppings, and last but not least their ASSASSINA, recommended for spicy lovers, with perfect pasta cooking, not too burnt but not even boiled, while for the more delicate I recommend the experience accompanied by stracciatella which turns off the palate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE!!!

Tante novità date dal proprietario giovane e con tante idee. Prezzi bassi da trattoria, ma servizio da ristorante di alto livello, ci si sente molto considerati nonostante come detto dal proprietario mancava personale. Dagli antipasti fino al dolce si sente e si vede la cura e la passione, tutto ottimo. Di questo ristorante non c’è niente da dire io ci vado sempre quando sono vicino. Continuate così!

Locale molto carino con una veranda ben arredata..e sufficientemente riscaldato con stufe...ottima selezione di piatti che variano dal pesce crudo alla pizza noi abbiamo provato l'assassina e le pizze e devo dire che erano entrambe molto valide...menzione speciale va fatta agli arancini all'assassina.. ottimi davvero.. ristorante con un giusto rapporto prezzi...consigliato

Assolutamente una garanzia in tutto, dall’ambiente, il servizio e soprattutto nella qualità del cibo, sempre qualità e freschezza dei prodotti proposti nel menù, eccezionale gli spaghetti all’assassina 🔝 Ogni qualvolta che andiamo da “Nuccio&Rossella” rimaniamo soddisfattissimi. Super consigliato

Siamo stati in questo magnifico ristorante a pranzo, una location semplice ma raffinata cucina sublime e ricca di sapori semplici della nostra Puglia, dagli antipasti alla frutta qualità del cibo eccellente, un esperienza da ripetere.
