27/03/2024: We went there for lunch on Sunday 24th March. The place is splendid. The atmosphere in the room is bright, very comfortable tables and chairs. The staff, all very young, welcoming and professional, but also informal. We were at the table from 1pm to 4pm and no one rushed us...on the contrary!! Few dishes for each course, but many original and delicious. Rich wine list. We dined with bubbles from start to finish with excellent Emilian sparkling wines. Applause desserts. Excellent liver with artichokes and three stews with a strong and enveloping flavour. If desired, beds are also available. €70 each. Well spent. We will be back!

03/03/2024: Excellent restaurant on all points of view. Atmosphere, service and food at the top. Portions more than normal. The room with fireplace, which works in the cold months, is very suggestive. Ample parking on the local side. Prices appropriate to the quality and not excessive. Good value for money. The only small flaw is that the large room with an arched ceiling makes the level of voices a little too high. More than recommended.

06/05/2024: Advised? YES! From the outside the place appears to be a bar, but don't be fooled by the first impression: they are capable, kind and helpful. They offer vegan/vegetarian dishes where in addition to the classic falafel - which can be found almost everywhere - they also have dishes created by them for a menu... Insoljto :-). Consider that at Christmas and Easter they prepare vegan panettone and colomba that they put on sale, and in their bar you can find self-produced soy milk and vegan desserts made by them... but when ever??? Legendary! We have included it in our favorite places to frequent when we are in the area. Personally I find everything good, well thought out and cared for and I suggest keeping an eye on the FB page to be informed of their dinners with special menus that they offer periodically. Long live the Insoljto Restaurant!!!

26/03/2024: We slept here one night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Staying in the camper is free if you eat something in the restaurant. This is also highly recommended. The pasta is simply delicious.

06/05/2024: Struck by the numerous positive reviews, we decide to go to this restaurant for dinner. I want to be very objective in my evaluation, the place is extremely well-kept, eccentric, full of details and very very welcoming. The staff welcomes us with a glass and an aperitif while waiting for our friends. After a while dinner begins, we eat several courses that recall the menu of a farmhouse, cold cuts, soup, some first courses and then a cut. Excellent raw materials cooked well. But now I want to explain the reason for the two stars...120 euros (discounted to 100 at the time of the bill) for a farmhouse menu are absolutely excessive. A price close to that of a starred restaurant without having the title. The lack of genius, the technique, a confusing service that is more concerned with keeping your glass full than with what it is serving (an amarone with truffle ravioli😅) are aspects that would be fine in a rustic place with decidedly different prices. Ok what a location you pay for but the quality/price ratio is extremely low.

I highly recommend trying the first courses on the menu, not just the mixed plate. **Ravioli with squid ink stuffed with cod on courgette cream and lemon zest** (photo), truly sublime!! The tortelloni are also very good. The grass is also excellent. Arrive early to search for parking.

18/03/2024: Compliments!!! At Cinque Sapori there is a group of young people, passionate and knowledgeable in what they do! At home I cook with vegetable ingredients, respecting seasonality and seeking local quality. It's very difficult for me to be satisfied with a restaurant experience, and to think "I'll come back here to try something else", while I'm still sitting enjoying the dessert..... (A very creamy no cruelty tiramisu) I found rich and chosen flavours, a non-invasive flavor and an excellent combination in the mixed vegan dish!! 18/11/2023: È ormai da quasi 3 anni che io e la mia compagnia di amici frequentiamo questo locale, amiamo l'atmosfera rilassante che trasmette, il personale sempre gentile che ti fa sentire coccolato e soprattutto i drink! Unici nel loro genere, gli ultimi che abbiamo provato sono della nuova drink list che riprende i nomi di film più famosi. Iconici che ti fanno trasportare come nel film stesso. Consiglierò sempre Apelle a chiunque voglia provare un'esperienza di drink "vero" e unico nel suo genere (è presente anche una grande selezione di vini).
