14/01/2024: Grandissimi! Pizza eccezionale, prezzi modici e personale top! Tecnologia semplice ma efficace con il campanello sul tavolo per chiamare i camerieri. Pizza davvero buona, impasto top e ingredienti super! Prezzi nella media, ma grazie a the fork diventano bassi! Continuate così e anche se siamo di Reggio Emilia, torneremo!!!

09/03/2024: Esperienza deludente. Anzitutto la fretta: siamo arrivati alle 20.05 e alle 20.59 ci stavano chiedendo quale dolce volessimo. Per una cena romantica evitate: i piatti arrivano freneticamente (meglio che aspettare troppo? dipende). Poi alle 21.30 arriva una cameriera a sollecitare il conto perché evidentemente vogliono liberare il tavolo. I calici di vino portati direttamente al tavolo senza mostrare la bottiglia e versarli di fronte al cliente (siamo proprio alle basi della ristorazione, eh). Alcune cose (come le zucchine) arrivano fredde. In conclusione, atteggiamento irritante e irrispettoso: se serve fare più coperti, fate i turni. Altrimenti la fretta è cattiva consigliera.

03/02/2024: I tried some dishes and breakfast and I have to say that the gratin vegetables were practically still raw, they don't know how to make cappuccino and the pastries are mediocre and taste like cardboard. More than friendly, they are pimps. But the most important thing is that I am in favor of the project to overbuild the Don Bosco park so if you love trees and oxygen, carefully avoid this bar.

02/04/2024: Good quality bar, very crowded on holidays especially during Bologna matches. Friendly and polite staff who, however, have a bit of difficulty when there are a lot of customers. Understandable, obviously, but I recommend less agitation: the customer waits, he doesn't necessarily have to be served frenetically with the real risk of getting an order wrong.

24/03/2024: We were refused service (by the bartender who has no hair) because we can’t speak Italian! This is absolutely ridiculous for a city that is full of tourists. VERY RUDE! Avoid if you are a tourist or someone who can’t speak Italian

21/02/2024: Hard one to score this. I visited midweek and the atmosphere was pretty much zero, cold metal tables and stools on a cold night don't work well and a pretty lack lustre drinks menu had me searching for the shortest drink available. The Spanish waitress saved the day by engaging with me as I entered. Prices reflect the location rather than the quality.

03/03/2024: Ho trovato il Bar Borgo Latino quasi per caso, cercando un caffè mentre ero in città per lavoro. Lo spazio è accogliente e luminoso. Il barista decisamente gentile e alla mano. Ho preso un caffè “speciale” al cioccolato e una spremuta d’arancia, entrambi molto, molto buoni. Un angolo di Bologna in cui tornerò sicuramente.

12/03/2024: Anche se dall'esterno potrebbe sembrare, non si tratta di un semplice kebabaro, ma di un vero ristorante turco. Il cibo è davvero ottimo e autentico; personalmente ho apprezzato molto il borek. Porzioni molto generose e conto decisamente basso. Un po' impacciato il servizio, ma il personale è stato comunque molto gentile.

09/05/2024: Excellent large magic box (TGTG), the bread was very good and fragrant and the focaccias tasty. It would have been perfect if they had included just one sweet product, but undoubtedly a box with confections! A factor to take into consideration is also the kind service, which is absolutely not to be taken for granted and it is right to point it out when it is found, I will definitely return

26/03/2024: A pearl of Bologna to discover. Typical restaurant environment, everything clean and tidy. Alessandro runs it with his mother, the master of truffle risotto. In the dining room they are the ones who serve you, with such professionalism and friendliness, characteristics that I would say are unusual for this type of location. Order the truffle risotto and attend the show during the service. The simple menu, few typical Bolognese dishes, but with lots of quality. I think they can please everyone. On the menu you will also find truffles at a separate cost. For those who like it, I recommend you try it, for the honest price and quality, with a good Alessandro who will put it for you at the moment, letting you appreciate not only the taste, but also the process. The wine list is also well chosen. For those who have a minimal knowledge of wines, they will understand that there is an idea in that list, each wine can be perfectly combined with the dishes and in case you want to treat yourself there are also some very sought after wines. The cover charge includes bread and water, a rare thing. At the end of the dinner you will be full, happy and satisfied with everything you have seen and eaten, even more so when you see the bill. And if you also appreciate a good liqueur after a meal, let Alessandro know who will pamper you with his legendary bar counter with his collection of liqueurs and cocktails. It will definitely be a point of reference when I return to Bologna again. Thanks for serving us.
