09/10/2023: I must say that I watched the episode countless times and I must admit, I couldn't stand how harsh Mariano was with the other participants, who in reality, apart from the livers, appreciated and judged his dishes very well. Finding myself in line with them, because my appearance spoke clearly. But can you judge a place by the more or less shared actions of the owner? I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt since we're still talking about a montage of scenes, of which there are clearly many parts cut. So here we were crossing the threshold of the restaurant some time ago: here they cook excellently, and they know how to stay among the tables. Unfortunately, participating in a certain type of program easily exposes one to the most usable judgement. However, you can be wrong and I believe, as already said, that he was excessive in expressing himself negatively about the other participants. Beyond the fact that it is incorrect to judge without having been there given that it is a rule of reviews to do so only after consuming, it also applies on a moral level: anyone who gets so indignant is certainly no better than anyone they judge. The prices have not been pumped, the quality is excellent, as is the service. It is an address to absolutely take into consideration, I can only recommend it

06/10/2023: Very nice and youthful place in one of the most beautiful squares in Arezzo. I was lucky enough to be served by Robert, one of the staff: exceptional kindness and professionalism!

25/02/2024: The place is very small with just a few tables. I went to this restaurant to eat some fish. At the entrance we are welcomed by a not very professional waitress who accompanies us to the table set with a paper placemat and cutlery and a napkin in a paper bag like in a pizzeria. We order 2 tasting menus. Very long waiting times. Appetizer with sea urchins and raw oysters that were truly excellent and fresh, a shame that they were served on a paper plate. The first gnocchi with sea urchins was excellent and well presented in a sea urchin shell. The second fillet of umbrima with cardoncelli mushrooms, the fish felt fresh and was a perfect match. All fresh, quality fish and well cooked, honest price, shame about the service and slowness. It can be improved.

25/02/2024: Very high expense, poor service, drinks only room temperature (do they have the fridges turned off?) even the hot sorbet...excellent food with fresh fish.
