04/02/2024: I went for a coffee with some friends, we ordered and when we were about to sit down one of the waitresses stopped us saying that there was only table service outside (and so far no problem) But she told me this while she was changing the garbage in front of the door of the restaurant and then went to serve the customers immediately afterwards without washing her hands. Now honestly don't pay more to be served with a rubbish hand I hope in the future they are more careful about the hygiene of their staff and how they serve customers

26/03/2024: Dinner to celebrate the wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very refined and well-kept, the staff is made up of knowledgeable and kind young people who satisfy the needs and curiosities of customers regarding the choice of dishes and wines. The food is of high quality with particular combinations that you may or may not like depending on your personal tastes. Personally I really enjoyed the sweetbreads and the sweet focaccia. It is definitely a restaurant worth trying, as it has received a Michelin star. Wide choice of wines.

31/03/2024: To have an aperitif in the center of Lucca, best place to do it, tasty platter to enjoy with excellent spritzes or something else, Giovanni is the best piece of Lucca, friendly and helpful, I highly recommend him (your dog is always welcome)

22/12/2023: Tonight we tried one of the oldest places in Lucca, LA CANTINA DI CARIGNANO. The place appears warm and welcoming the furnishings such as the piano, the beamed ceiling and the chandeliers made from wagon wheels create a style that blends between old style and country. The staff is quick but a bit resolute. Good food with traditional cuisine and home-made dishes. The mise en place is good.

20/02/2024: Not a bad pastry shop, but what is truly unspeakable is that they don't allow customers to use the bathroom, behavior that is not in keeping with standards of civility and respect for customers. Never again.

04/11/2023: Nice pastry shop we had 2 really dense hot chocolates excellent and fast the service the only thing missing is the toilets which unfortunately are not reported missing. Only when asked are they told that they don't have them but normally you order first then go to the bathroom, so from now on in any environment I will first ask if they have a bathroom then I will order the drink.

09/05/2024: Never again!!! Fruit juice, 3.50 euros, organic for goodness sake but perhaps a little exaggerated?! Cappuccino 1.60 euros... but this was a normal coffee and a little bit of milk... Half a liter of water 1.20 euros, total €6.30... a bit too much don't you think?
