02/11/2023: Meat restaurant on the Gravina di Cisternino. Meat cooking at sight, very good cuts and exceptional quality of meat. Friendly and helpful staff. Paper plating and everyone sets up their assigned table and cleans it at the end. Fair price. Definitely coming back

17/03/2024: Erano diversi anni che non venivamo in questo posto ed è stata una bellissima riscoperta! Il nuovo proprietario Francesco ci ha subito accolto con affabilità e attenzione e ci ha consigliato sui piatti ed abbiamo riscontrato Altissima qualità dei prodotti, piatti semplici ma rivisitati, tutti ben caldi e servizio impeccabile. Torneremo prestissimo e con amici! Complimenti!

10/01/2024: Accogliente, organizzato, alta qualità per tutto ,in primis la carne sempre ottima fino ai dolci e caffè , si nota un' accurata ricerca dei prodotti . Il banco carne straordinario già alla vista immaginate al palato. Ho la fortuna di aver fatto varie cene è sono state tutte un'esperienza unica. Il proprietario sempre cordiale e attento al cliente.

22/10/2023: Room located in what looks like a cave, presumably in ancient times it was a stable. A maximum of thirty people can fit there. We ate all types of meat: from tartare to rolls (really very very good) to saltimbocca (I prefer them without pistachio) to steak... We will definitely return, focusing on what I liked best!

We were served by the very helpful Francesco, who made us taste many typical high quality products of the area, for an exceptional value for money. Absolutely worth repeating Highly recommended

20/02/2024: It is difficult to find the right words to describe the mystical experience that Gianni and his wife made us live. A lunch that to define as lavish is an understatement: extremely delicious cured meats, handcrafted, porchetta (dreamlike) caciocavallo, bombette, sausages and trotters, livers (memorable), and finally a delicious and succulent rib-eye cut directly at the table. Some of my guests didn't usually eat meat, they even arrived at the end of the (abundant) meal, telling me that they couldn't wait to go back, because the flavors released by the meat and cured meats were authentic and tasty. All washed down obviously with a good sussimaniello, an excellent local wine. Once again a commendable thank you for the kindness of the owners. Until next time, Vincent
