28/04/2024: While traveling to Fidenza we noticed this place and without thinking too much, we booked by phone for lunch. The place looks very good, clean where you can immediately breathe the air of home that makes you feel really good and we are welcomed by Anna, Daniela's daughter the owner, who makes us sit down and we immediately feel pampered... with such professionalism and kindness. The menu is typical of the Parma area with really interesting and above all not good proposals... but more... and since we were only able to taste some of the dishes proposed by Daniela, we should definitely go back. Thanks to the staff for a nice day.

In un angolo tranquillo di questa incantevole città, ho scoperto un piccolo gioiello gastronomico che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa: il più delizioso gnocco fritto che abbia mai assaggiato. Il gnocco fritto qui è semplicemente divino: caldo, soffice e incredibilmente leggero. La croccantezza dorata della superficie si fonde con la morbidezza dell'impasto, creando un contrasto di consistenze che è un piacere per il palato. Servito con una selezione di salumi freschi e formaggi locali, ogni morso è una celebrazione dei sapori autentici dell'Emilia-Romagna. The excellent quality raw materials are expertly combined to maintain the taste of tradition with a small touch of originality. Cozy place, tables arranged correctly, impeccable cleanliness. The service is absolutely excellent, professional but not detached, welcoming and never intrusive. And above all, be careful about food allergies and intolerances. 29/04/2024: Excellent restaurant with delicious traditional dishes and quick and impeccable service. The tortellini in broth, truly delicious, and the boiled meats are absolutely worth trying. Served from the trolley where they are kept warm in the broth, you will have a vast and unique variety of choice. Quality meats cooked to perfection will be accompanied by excellent traditional sauces. The kitchen is open, so you can see the pans of lasagna and the great variety of fresh pasta, ready to taste. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff. The large rooms are also suitable for hosting large groups. It is advisable to book. Absolutely recommended.

28/01/2024: The dinner, based on Emilian dishes, was discreet. The tortelli with wild asparagus were interesting, but not very well prepared: too much cheese which hid the flavor of the asparagus. The wine chosen by Tonio was excellent: a stunning Promis from the Gaja winery!
