30/09/2023: Duddova ist wunderschön und la bottega ist herrlich italienisch. man sitzt direkt auf der strada vor der bottega. liebevoll gestaltet. die besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. das essen ist gut.

24/09/2023: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Toller Service, wunderbares Ambiente und richtig gutes Essen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

03/12/2023: Pur essendo valdarnese, fino alla scorsa settimana, non avevo mai avuto la fortuna di frequentare questo locale. Difatti, sia l’aspetto esterno che le poche recensioni del locale, avevano sempre escluso il Cipresso dai miei itinerari enogastronomici, non essendo assolutamente in grado di rendere giustizia ad una cucina e ad un servizio eccellente. La materia prima è di notevolissima qualità e ricercata con attenzione tra le migliori presenti sul territorio; a ciò si assomma una notevole capacità dello chef di valorizzarle in ricette che non solo limitate dai confini regionali e nazionali. Lodevole la qualità delle carni che vengono proposte in una molteplicità di “vesti” (dalla tartare al pastrami) tale da poter essere apprezzata da qualsivoglia avventore del locale! Quale testimonianza della qualità del posto, si consideri che sono stato al Cipresso per due volte nel corso della settimana!

04/11/2023: I was surprised this had a Michelin logo in TripAdvisor. Our meals were good but average. Service was rushed. Pasta was flavorful but nothing spectacular. Gelato was okay also

22/04/2024: during the pruning course I took advantage of a lunch agreement but unfortunately both the quantity and the service left a lot to be desired. Serving with trays in the division of portions, there were some who were luckier and some who barely had a simple taste. Unfortunately, the beauty and rusticity of the place were not enough to cover these shortcomings

08/01/2024: Direttamente su piazza Sant'Agostino con la meravigliosa chiesa che gli fa da cornice un piccolo gioiellino aretino. Menù abbastanza variegato con piatti della tradizione toscana. Ampia la carta dei vini. Ottime le bruschette coi fegatini, i topini (gli gnocchi) al sugo d'anatra, la trippa all'aretina, l'anatra e coniglio in porchetta... E i dolci? Cantucci col vin santo, torte fatte in casa... Ce n'è per tutti i gusti! Per evitare altrimenti la coda, infatti non si può prenotare (in Arezzo è tutto così) abbiamo accettato di mangiare alle 12,30 e all'esterno seppur in pieno dicembre, ma al sole e si stava benone! È comunque c'erano pure i funghi a riscaldare. Francesco che si occupa della sala e dei vini è stato molto gentile e simpatico, si sente che ci mette passione nel suo locale con atmosfera familiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare!

04/01/2024: Locale piccolino e sempre piuttosto pieno ma il servizio è veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso pici con ragu di chianina ottimi e polpette oltre a carciofi fritti e tagliata al lardo. Tutto buono con un pu to in più per i pici e per le polpette al sugo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovete prenotare!!!

09/03/2024: Experience for a good lunch with friends. They welcomed us with great professionalism. Beautiful room seems to be in the Middle Ages. I don't recommend appetizers (they prepare them in the morning, chewy crostini). Go straight to the very good starters. The sauces are digestible. Second course consisting of mixed grilled poultry, not very good, a little stringy. Honestly, I expected better for the food. Polite and friendly wait staff. Good price considering that we spent €40 each (there were 5 of us) and ate and drank two bottles of house wine. Too bad they didn't even offer us a bitter. I think I won't go back. But it wasn't a bad experience.

17/12/2023: L'esperienza è stata molto piacevole, personale ben preparato e servizio impeccabile, con un menù vario. Cibo molto buono con esperienza positiva, ma unica nota negativa il fatto che ad un certo punto la cameriera è arrivata e ci ha chiesto di alzarci per il "secondo turno". Altra cosa negativa, i tempi di attesa, leggermente lunghi. Nonostante ciò, ristorante ottimo e consigliato.

29/03/2024: I think that many, like me, choose this restaurant because it is recommended by Michelin. I ate well but, despite the good food, a smiling and kind cook, I wouldn't go back: the owner is rude!!! Food is synonymous with conviviality

16/03/2024: A romantic atmosphere that takes you back to old times. The food was very tasty and prepared according to our wishes, even if it was not on the menu. The pasta is excellent. The hostess is very helpful and hospitable. Perhaps for consideration, the waiter was acting a bit untidy. You would just add a longer apron to it and it would look completely different.
