18/03/2024: Feeling at home, with impeccable service, genuine products, authentic design and a unique atmosphere. Their Burrasca Wine is truly an explosion of flavour. In my 4 day stay I returned 3 times. Fidalma a true journey back in time to the real Tuscany.

31/01/2024: Disorganized service, they were looking for the tables with the plates. The place had a cold atmosphere. We asked each room attendant at least 3-4 times to bring things and everyone forgot. The platter with cured meats and cheeses (with 6 slices) and forgotten cheeses 🤪 in the kitchen €16, which is very limited, would not be higher than €8 as the price. First and second course good (credit to the chef🧑‍🍳).total: An appetizer, a first course, two second courses and bottles of wine 🍷 €93
