20/03/2024: It was a real surprise🥰🥰 I am gluten intolerant, and it was wonderful to discover that I too had the opportunity to eat what I wanted, without distinctions and problems, but even better was the dessert...all gluten-free, I could choosing what I liked most, unbelievable. Definitely worth returning as soon as we find ourselves in Siena again.
The staff, friendly and helpful. We were sitting in the room where there is an open kitchen, and seeing them move around the kitchen, between an appetizer and a dessert, while preparing the dishes is wonderful.

17/03/2024: Siamo andati questa domanica a pranzo in questa osteria, volevo andarci da tempo. È proprio come deve essere un’osteria anche molto frequentata quindi prenotate. Abbiamo fatto un pranzo in famiglia, il servizio è molto amichevole e disponibile, il meno non è molto ampio ma ha tutti piatti da provare. Io ho preso la tartare e una calamarata carbonare alla zucca. Eccezionali, per la tartare ci riandrò sicuramente e devo dire anche che sono molto sorpreso dalla carbonara, a Siena non la sa fare nessuno cosi buona, anche se modificata con una crema di zucca che lascia una punta di dolcezza che ci sta davvero bene, per il resto la carbonara è fatta come cristo comanda!

06/04/2024: Very welcoming place, a few steps from Piazza del Campo. Attentive and courteous staff! The owner was very polite and hospitable. Delicious food, I highly recommend the pork fillet with braised spring onions and potatoes.
Normal prices. We will definitely see each other again when we return to Siena.
30/03/2024: Had lunch here two weeks ago, the two guys who run the place manage to immediately put you at ease, the place is very large, but at the same time well-kept and welcoming.
The cuisine is of quality, the explanations are clear and illustrated with professionalism.
Fair prices, they also have no problem offering coffee and bitters at the end of the meal, if we were to return to Siena we will already have a point of reference!

17/03/2024: Taverna situata a pochi passi da piazza del campo, una delle poche ad aver accettato una tavolata da 10 persone. Il locale è piccolo e intimo ed è quindi meglio prenotare con un po’ di anticipo.
Ci hanno accolto subito con una pappa al pomodoro deliziosa, abbiamo poi ordinato dei buoni pici al cinghiali e per dolce i ricciarelli che sono stati ottimi.
Personale cordiale e servizio velocissimo.
Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza giusto.

29/03/2024: Great concept with an open kitchen and daily changing dishes. Very attentive service and super delicious food. Absolute recommendation for Siena.
Price-performance: 50.00 euros for 2x cacio e pepe, 2x tiramisu, 0.5 liters of white wine and a bottle of water. There were two espressos on the house.

01/04/2024: Extremely slow service, it took more than 1 hour to serve us, without offering anything to snack during the long wait, and to top it off, terrible attention from the waiter who takes the order, rude and unfriendly, seeming to spare your life when you order something . The lasagna we ordered was frozen and was still frozen in the center when it was served. We went because they offer a gluten-free option but it was a great waste of time and being able to continue enjoying the region's cuisine, as in the rest of our trip. A shame, I don't recommend it to anyone!

04/04/2024: Overcooked pasta, really bad, coca cola already opened was less than half, really all very shameful. Plus incompetent waiters and poor quality chicken and raw potatoes. Horrible and disgusting dessert.
Ps. We were on a trip and I'm the one he brought the open coke to.
04/04/2024: Excellent, the food is absolutely amazing and a highlight of my trip. Takes me back to home cooked meals in southern Italy. Service was great ! and the Owner is very nice and welcoming.

31/03/2024: Pathetic experience and could give zero star for the service.They came to take order after 40min and food came after another 20min. Although half of the restaurant was empty. They served same dishes we ordered to people who came after us. Food is bland and they definitely should not call some rice with cheese as risotto. Attached picture for reference.
07/03/2024: The food was very nice, I just suggest keeping in mind that you have to pay +3 euros in every meal, a detail which me and my friends didn't know.

07/10/2023: Our group of 22 touring Tuscany had a delicious lunch here. Our tour guide bartered with chef he determined a price of 25 euro for a very tasty charcuterie board with bruschetta, local cheese and meats. Also had the lasagna which was probably the best I had during my time in Italy. It probably would have been cheaper to eat from menu but our tour guide thought this way fastest which in hindsight was not. However it was truly a delicious meal.

qui nous a bien conseillé pour notre plat. Une belle pièce de bœuf 🥩 200g accompagné de pdt et salade
