The place is really nice, every object is positioned to create a unique atmosphere. Knife-cut Patanegra and wine cellar for the most demanding palates. Beautiful evening

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

Enchanting place (on the floodplain), extremely fascinating historic building renovated with skill, comfortable rooms capable of making you dive into history and make you feel like a true aristocrat. The inebriating scent of cured meats and cheese wafts up from the cellars (a must-visit). High-level cuisine capable of combining territoriality, quality, technique and substance. Excellent welcome and helpfulness also from the host Massimo Spigaroli. The cooking class organized for guests who can try their hand at cooking of undoubted skill is truly interesting and educational.

01/04/2024: Excellent food, I ate the spaghetti with seafood... I had a hard time finding the spaghetti because there was so much fish on top. Honest prices, an excellent alternative to the famous places where you spend a lot and eat little. Booking recommended.

07/04/2024: Panini di Mirò should definitely be on your list when you visit Bologna. We've been there 3 times - Aperol Spitz and the best paninis in town. There's a list of probably over 50 panini constellations. I‘m not joking. But the best thing is that you can simply put your paninis together however you like. Just write your favourite ingredients on the little notepad and off you go. Also suitable for vegetarians. It's cosy to sit there in the sun or in the evening atmosphere and discover the hustle and bustle of the area. The service is authentic, friendly and fast. Don‘t miss out!

31/03/2024: Absolutely worth trying. Place with few seats, I recommend booking, very welcoming and nice. The staff was very attentive and prepared. Had a great meal and at a very fair price. Which made us very happy and, which is not the case for many, the chef who came to say hello and thank us. It's worth all the five stars!!! Well done!

29/03/2024: private location, quiet, clean and romantic. The service was very attentive to the customer's needs and knowledgeable about the wines. What we ate was delicious, the spaghetti with clams had more sand than it should have. I recommend the squid ink ravioli, exceptional.
