05/04/2024: Special lunch for an equally special day. The first with "Thai sea gurnard" was amazing, but I appreciated everything including dessert. Impeccable service, everyone very friendly. The rustic atmosphere is very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

03/03/2024: Buona Sera !!! No...non ci siamo non ci siamo proprio!!! Abbiamo mangiato io e mia moglie....2 antipasti di Tartara......come secondi Rombo e Braciole di Patanegra o simile...... Mezzo litro bianco e Acqua minerale.....Il conto era salatino..... comunque le pietanze di bassa qualità..... È un industria a ciclo continuo ......"una mensa" Es tut mir leid..... Ciao a mai più !!

03/04/2024: un locale largamente sopravvalutato. All'ingrasso forte odore di muffa, tavolo assegnato a ridosso dell'ingresso, menù stringatissimo. I piatti erano buoni ma lasciare la cotenna completamente sulla carne la rende indigesta e toglierla quando è già nel piatto riduce di molto la porzione.

Menù curato con proposte innovative e ben fatte. Forse cantina da ampliare come proposta ma comunque soddisfacente. Da tornarci e da consigliare

19/02/2024: Wonderful country resort! A small private village with a tavern. Different types of rooms, I love the vinegar factory. Modern and welcoming, beautiful view, fireplace. Two hundred meters away is the restaurant. Exceptional. With fireplace room for smoking. Various possibilities for leisure and tours. Very kind and welcoming.

04/04/2024: The place is absolutely lovely! A very cozy, warm and welcoming Balkan atmosphere in the city centre of Trieste, not far from Trieste central railway station. Had a wonderful dinner, very good food, lovely hosts awesome wine and Rakija liquor....a must try!

02/04/2024: Traveling to Trieste I looked for information on restaurants and was immediately attracted to Rustiko and fortunately we found room for two plus a dog. The environment is very refined, full of details just as I like it, in pure Balkan style. Very relaxing soft lights and nostalgic Serbian music in the background. The girls who looked after us were nice and very professional and we also met what we thought was the owner, very attentive to all the customers at the table and extremely jovial. Very tasty and well presented food, excellent beers, little game to pass the wait which was very short despite the place being quite full. Unfortunately we are very far away but, if we return to Trieste, we will certainly return to Rustiko. Thanks for everything and Roger also thanks for the welcome and cuddles.

Yet at Il Fogolar, there is no shortage of customers. A positive signal. The fire welcomes you as soon as you enter and invites you to take a pleasant break. Whether, as we have chosen, at a characteristic table next to the fogolar in the Osteria, or in the typical restaurant room. The atmosphere is authentic, it is that of the right convivial meeting place where time stands still. The kitchen offers traditional Carnic dishes and more, all very inviting and prepared with quality. There will be no surprises on the bill, everything is clear on the menu and even at the counter there is no shortage of precise indications on the price of wines by the glass or in the bottle (this is not always correct in restaurants). And the cover charge is offered as indicated on the pretty placemats at the tables of the tavern. We liked it in every way. A wild Sella Chianzutan was worth it on a wolfish evening!!!
