More than honest prices and attentive service. Recommended for those looking for the real genuine cuisine of the past.

31/12/2023: A quick break, coffee and beer under the beautiful Maiella sun! Nice structure, I believe recovered from a plant or warehouse, which characterizes Passolanciano. We'll want to go back to see how they work under stress and taste something, for this reason alone I can't give more stars. Passolanciano, a winter but also summer tourist resort, always appreciated by many tourists and local skiers and schools that organize trips and ski weeks for students

08/11/2023: Disappointed by the way I was welcomed, small and confusing environment. We were forced to get a sandwich because there was more than an hour in line, and here's the sore point, only ham and cheese remained. Two thin slices of bread, not warmed up or lightly bruschetta, with a few slices of ham and cheese to find where to move the ham. Having reported this to the gentleman at the bar, the two sandwiches were taken back to the kitchen to fill them up a bit but they were returned to us in the same way. To avoid making a fuss we left and will never return. I think places like this should close rather than continue to operate. Not to mention the HACCP people who in my opinion don't even know where they belong. All for my experience in this place.

01/12/2023: Really poor communication, little clarity on what the menu of the day offered, We took the pallotte cheese and eggs tasteless with a pale appearance, roasted cheese with mushrooms discreet, Really poor and tough grilled lamb, fruit not available, bottled water clearly filled from the tap as it had the taste and smell of chlorine and above all.......we paid for the entire menu even though we only had a starter and second course. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Il proprietario gentilissimo. La cucina è eccellente. Ogni piatto era un'esplosione di sapori, prodotti di prima scelta. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

30/01/2024: A place full of flavors and kindness of the staff. Genuine food and generous portions are combined with low prices and friendly exchanges with the waiter. I highly recommend taking a nice walk to the wind farm 11 km away after the meal.

10/03/2024: A cozy and well-kept place, excellent service with an extraordinary girl who served us at the table, explaining every single ingredient with a preparation equal to that of Alberto Angela on ancient Rome... I was truly fascinated. The food is only first choice and the local products never lie to the palate as do the excellent wines. Not recommended especially if you have a refined palate

04/03/2024: We found ourselves passing through, reading some reviews, the Vastese brodetto always prevailed, all we did was order that dish, sublime and to say the least, the fish was very fresh, you could taste the sea in your mouth, the staff were kind and helpful, the place was spotless, to say everything we ordered satisfied us to the maximum, we will definitely return because everything else on the menu is worth trying, 5 stars all deserved
