03/04/2024: Amazing experience, exceptional for the palate, stomach and eyes for dishes so rich in flavor but also in colour. Products of their own production of exceptional quality, very generous portions as well as the possibility that very few places offer, of having an encore or even a trio of courses. Possibility of purchasing their products. Everything is very, very good. Owners and guys at the tables very kind, friendly, amiable and patient. We felt like family, very beautiful view full of greenery. Definitely coming back. Congratulations indeed!!!

26/09/2023: Struttura situata in una oasi di pace e tranquillità dove il rumore che domina è il fruscio delle pale eoliche che fendono l'aria. Meraviglioso il bosco che la circonda dove si possono fare passeggiate rilassanti e rigeneranti in mezzo a profumi inebrianti. Molto piacevoli gli alloggi,tutti indipendenti e con un piccolo patio davanti. Splendida l'area piscina circondata dalla tipica macchia mediterranea e dotata di un piccolo ma delizioso bar che prepara ottimi aperitivi. Menzione speciale la merita Dario, il simpaticissimo proprietario, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e prodigo a soddisfarle. Cibo genuino, prelibato e a volontà. Che dire... È stata una vacanza estremamente rilassante e piacevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was below expectations and did not justify the price, making us miss good traditional trattoria cuisine. I took the tasting menu. Except for the paccheri with lamb, which are more than good. For the rest, a good but very tough suckling pig, a decidedly bland egg cooked at a low temperature, and an appetizer based on mushrooms and potato cream, beautifully presented but not exciting. Even the tiramisu, very light, didn't tell me anything. From what was supposed to be a masterfully revisited Lucanian cuisine, I definitely expected more.

01/02/2024: Mai avrei pensato di scoprire una simile meraviglia.....la location è spettacolare e finemente ristrutturata, nulla è stato lasciato al caso. Il personale disponibile ed ospitale....un ringraziamento in particolare a Barbara che ci ha coccolato e consigliato ottimamente...Il cibo è cucinato con sapiente maestria...gioia per gli occhi e per il palato. 03/11/2023: Excellent reviews encouraged us to try this grill not far from the historic center of Bernalda. The restaurant is on two floors, with a butcher's shop on the ground floor and a grill on the first floor. There is an elevator reserved for disabled people and people with reduced mobility, otherwise the upper floor is accessed via a staircase. The furnishings are very simple, I expected something more. There is a counter, not particularly large, where the available meat is displayed. There isn't a lot of choice, but the grill attendant is very helpful in providing explanations on all types of meat. We opted for a Marche rib eye, a Tomahawk, onion bombette, classic bombette, pork ribs, carpaccio, spicy sausage, chips. The two excellent steaks, very tender and tasty meat, perfectly cooked. Onion bombettes a must try. The crusco pepper offered was very welcome. Fast service compared to the average in the area. Prices are quite high when compared to the grill restaurants in the area, but taking into account the excellent quality I would say that the approximately €150 that we spent for 6 people is a fair amount.

The location, very refined and refined, as well as the dishes plated with skill and obtained from the union of quality ingredients. Abundant dishes brought to the table by highly qualified staff. The added value of this structure always remains the owner "Fabrizio", kind, courteous and friendly, he welcomed us making us feel at home. I will definitely return there during a motorbike trip or bike ride. Therefore I highly recommend it to anyone who is in Lagonegro and would like to stop and eat excellently, feeling at home.

01/04/2024: Siamo stati in coppia con mia moglie per il pranzo di Pasquetta. Abbiamo mangiato alla carta. Antipasto della casa molto buono e scialatielli con porcini, tartufo e crema di pistacchio eccezionali. In chiusura due dessert, un babà e un tiramisù buoni. È stato offerto una pastiera e un caffè dai proprietari. Il tutto innaffiato con un buon vino locale. Esperienza positiva. Lo consiglio e da tornarci. Bravi ragazzi.

Genuine products of own production, traditional dishes prepared with skill and professionalism by Mrs. Franca. The place is hospitable and comfortable, the service "personalized" and the price very honest. We will be back!!
