03/04/2024: Tonight we had dinner with a delicious pizza by the meter, the Sila potatoes were also excellent. I noticed the professionalism of the waiters which is not always found in the premises and the cleanliness of the place itself. We also stayed in one of the rooms of this property and were very satisfied. Tomorrow I will reluctantly leave but I will definitely return even if the structure is a bit far from my city. Congratulations for everything to all the staff 🙏, yours is truly a beautiful reality

05/04/2024: Gourmet pizza that is very fashionable nowadays. Many, too many combinations of "sophisticated" ingredients: they exaggerate just for the sake of exaggerating, even in the names (absolutely embarrassing, I don't rule out Godzilla Ham being present on the tedious menu). They wish to impose a glamorous brand that includes, among other things, the absence of cutlery. Ok, we grant you this poetic license because Italy is notoriously the beautiful country of impunity. But there is a however: I adapt, in the name of the sacred brand, not to use a knife and fork, but you have to cut the iconic segments smaller, because I don't have to be forced, so as not to let the whole ham collapse on the table of Godzilla, to close the slice like a booklet, depriving me of the sight of the ingredients by bringing it closer to my mouth. It's a very simple concept: you also eat with your eyes and then I find myself in a pizzeria, not in a piadina shop. Let's move on to the most overlooked subject in this trendy culinary reality, the dough, this poor dough intimidated because it is subjugated by the many extravagant and exotic ingredients (some with a perfect taste, God forbid, you will even have to pay for something good): we are faced with the pizza version of Veggino, vegan bread, an ephemeral dough, without a soul, with the aggravating circumstance of burnt parts everywhere, north, south, east, west. External and internal atmosphere of the soft Hollywood evening venue (close to the Calabrian-Ionian state road 106), it's strange that they didn't think of a red carpet between the tables for the sophisticated dining room staff. On their website, before you are granted the privilege of booking a table, you are required to read a sort of decalogue of rules and best practices that will make you and your companions new people, certainly better, because you will have finally managed to cross the their celestial threshold. In short, a place to go at most a couple of times out of curiosity (the Godzilla film recently won an Oscar), for the fun that is stimulated by the unusual, for the staging of an idea born between the desks of the faculty of Economy and Commerce (to return to the concept of glamorous brands mentioned above).

01/04/2024: Very good pizza both in the dough and in the particular filling. The staff is very kind and very professional. The peculiarity is that you eat only and exclusively with your hands! I highly recommend it

13/05/2024: I ate food from this place for the first time just a few days ago. I didn't stop to eat but I did take away and therefore I can't express an opinion on the place and on how pleasant or unpleasant it is to have lunch inside. However, I can comment on the food and service. Even though it was Sunday lunch and there was a considerable queue, I was served relatively quickly. The person at the counter where I ordered even stopped to give me advice on what was best to order for two people so I could try a bit of everything. In the end I chose for an appetizer and half a meter of fried food. The service was clear, fast and polite. The food was good, the only negative note is that the asterisks on the menu make me understand that some ingredients are frozen despite being in a seaside town and I'm sorry about this but it was still all very good and, despite it being a frying pan, personally I liked it I found it well made because it didn't cause me any discomfort or feeling of heaviness or anything else. I remember that since there were several frozen ingredients, I thought the price was a little excessive but, overall, it was still a positive experience.

11/05/2024: The Miramare is a truly pleasant place, with attention to the smallest details, well looked after and clean, very kind staff, All the dishes were excellent, from appetizers to pizza. The seafood risotto is sublime, the queen's frissurata is an amazing dish and the frying by the meter is the Top. Absolutely recommended 💯💯💯💯💯💯

04/04/2024: Just finished lunch. I have criticisms and I don't want any of them. Let's start with the welcome: the staff are all very good and super professional, but I would have preferred more transparency, for example on the sauces. Do you want mayonnaise, barbecue and ketchup? In a €15 sandwich and chips you expect them to be free, but that's not the case. I don't claim to have them for free, mind you. I would have preferred if they had told me at the checkout that they would cost 30 cents per sauce. And in any case the receipt at the end showed €1.80 worth of sauces. Let's talk about the sandwich. The one I had with the pumpkin cream unfortunately had no flavour. It's not the first time I've eaten it, I hadn't eaten it for years and I thought about going back but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, I repeat, it was tasteless. Let's move on to dessert: excellent, delicious, especially after you see the image that entices you with all that pistachio sauce and then? You get four sticks with a little sauce just to color the dish. There was a bit of disappointment, I admit. I understand they are quality products and you pay for quality but I will not return to eat two sandwiches, water and beer for 30 euros, also because the desserts were free for a promo otherwise it would have cost more.

09/05/2024: Historic place where I have always eaten very well, I brought a colleague of mine to dinner here sure I wouldn't make a mistake, but this time it wasn't like that. Bread not very fresh, pasta without flavour, the strangest thing was the Cosenza-style potatoes (m'bacchiuse) they were cold and they were potatoes and onion. I hope it returns to being a point of reference.

02/05/2024: Magnificent restaurant. Roberta welcomes you with grace and elegance advising you on the best. You can sense that he cares about what he does. Polentina with mushrooms, pumpkin fritters and soppressa produce a mind-blowing effect... a bit like Roberta :))) A must for anyone traveling on the Sa-Rc and wanting to enjoy a break among the true flavors of Calabria.
