05/04/2024: We stayed with my Sweetheart for two days in this beautiful location, just a few steps from the sea. Nice rooms, good food, friendly and professional staff. Worth trying is the Spa inside the hotel, with a hydromassage tub and artificial waterfalls, a massage room, a sauna and a herbal tea room where you can taste them while resting on armchairs. Regenerating and with an enveloping and relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely recommended

Sincere thanks to chef Gustavo for welcoming us into his restaurant where together with his super staff led by the maitre Luigi (a great!) he allowed us to live a truly wonderful experience! The reception room, as well as the external part, was finely cared for and well organized throughout the event. The menu is impeccable, it's wonderful to see the preparations of various appetizers/bites made on the spot and delivered hot to your hand. Very convenient place to reach surrounded by the typical Sila flora for a total immersion in greenery. Praise goes to chef Gustavo who, with his great calm and professionalism, managed to guarantee the complete success of the event. (6 July 2023 - Piero and Luisa wedding)

25/02/2024: Locale di nicchia nel centro storico di Rende con una spettacolare veduta; un ristorantino per intenditori disposti a fare qualche passo pur di degustare una cucina gourmet. Vini della cantina Giraldi. Pietanze ricercate e gustose con prodotti di qualità ottimamente preparati e presentati. Proprietario gentile ed appassionato del proprio lavoro. Personale disponibile e molto cortese. Assolutamente da consigliare.

23/02/2024: Good food (as expected) Good atmosphere but very high and incongruent prices with a meal served at lunch. Or in any case in Cosenza there is no culture of having double standards between lunch and dinner. As happens everywhere in Italy. In any case, the food was good but the €18 per bottle of prosecco is too much if you pay €15 for a portion of cod. The next day nothing pushes me to go back.

04/04/2024: Just finished lunch. I have criticisms and I don't want any of them. Let's start with the welcome: the staff are all very good and super professional, but I would have preferred more transparency, for example on the sauces. Do you want mayonnaise, barbecue and ketchup? In a €15 sandwich and chips you expect them to be free, but that's not the case. I don't claim to have them for free, mind you. I would have preferred if they had told me at the checkout that they would cost 30 cents per sauce. And in any case the receipt at the end showed €1.80 worth of sauces. Let's talk about the sandwich. The one I had with the pumpkin cream unfortunately had no flavour. It's not the first time I've eaten it, I hadn't eaten it for years and I thought about going back but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, I repeat, it was tasteless. Let's move on to dessert: excellent, delicious, especially after you see the image that entices you with all that pistachio sauce and then? You get four sticks with a little sauce just to color the dish. There was a bit of disappointment, I admit. I understand they are quality products and you pay for quality but I will not return to eat two sandwiches, water and beer for 30 euros, also because the desserts were free for a promo otherwise it would have cost more.

30/01/2024: Ristorante di pesce a due passi dal lungomare. Cordialità e rapporto qualità prezzo davvero raro. Presi due antipasti abbondanti: zuppa di moscardini e saute' di Vongole, due primi gnocchi dragut al cartoccio ottimi e pasta con rana pescatrice magnifica. Un quarto di vino Lumare rosato, acqua e caffè. 54 euro. Una certezza sulla costa.

12/05/2024: Restaurant visited in spring, not too large with a choice of particular furnishings, however suffers from the lack of natural light. The attentive and discreet service. The menu offers a good choice especially of fish, which we appreciated above all for the originality of the proposals, not a gourmet restaurant but a very good cuisine in its simplicity. I really appreciated the possibility of having more paper alternatives that did not include lactose. The wine selection is also good. Generous portions at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

05/05/2024: Locale molto carino all'interno. I proprietari molto gentili; festeggiamo con la mia famiglia quasi tutte le ricorrenze ( compleanni, feste, occasioni) e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Lo chef ci consiglia sempre il pesce fresco, le porzioni sono abbondanti ( qualità prezzo ottimo). Con 50 euro a testa riusciamo a fare un pranzo perfetto, il pesce buonissimo!! Al momento non abbiamo trovato un ristorante di pesce che regge il confronto con gli Ostinati!! Questa recensione se la merita tutta! Ci vediamo il 18 maggio per festeggiare il mio compleanno! A presto ❤️
