02/04/2024: Simply BRAVI, my wife and I left Campobasso on Easter Monday to go and discover this beautiful restaurant, the first thing you notice is the welcome, the kind ways, the education... in short they make you feel important, the dishes then, the risotto with butter and cardoncelli is simply fantastic... we will definitely be back

30/03/2024: Locale molto accogliente e curato nei particolari per richiamare il classico genere di locanda. Personale accogliente, sorridente, veloce e sempre disponibile. Menu molto vario con piatti ricercati a base di baccalà dall antimalariche al dolce cioccolatino con cuore di baccalà. In meno non mancano alternative ottime al baccalà. Da segnalare e consigliare assolutamente gli spaghetti con baccalà e pistacchio. Una vera rivelazione di gusto. Nel complesso davvero ottimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente e non mancherà occasione di promuoverlo tra amici come tappa quando si è a Caserta. Complimenti.

10/03/2024: I was at the women's party, fantastic menu, very very welcoming place, the dishes were exceptional, the service was very fast even though it was full of people. The chef was very careful in his plating, you could see the passion and love for his work, especially in this risotto in the photo. I'll be back soon

19/03/2024: Overall, my visit to Elementi pizzeria was a wonderful experience. The welcoming atmosphere and the kind and attentive staff contributed to making the moment even more pleasant. The pizzas, in particular, were with a very light and good dough. The Nerano pizza was good, but the flavor of the courgette was partly covered by the provolone. The marinara sauce was also really delicious. The icing on the cake (literally) was the extraordinary cheesecake, one of the best I've ever eaten. Spotless bathrooms and fast service despite the coming and going of takeaway pizzas. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

02/04/2024: I returned after a long time but as often happens when a pizzeria starts to do well you become satisfied and are no longer able to maintain the same quality. First it was a good pizza at an excellent price. Now in my opinion it is a mediocre pizza at a price. high . Poorly cooked with consequent chevingum effect. As for the place, let's forget about the TV being off, zero background music, dim light which made everything very sad, having said that, I hope that these criticisms are of some use because going up takes time and sacrifice but going down nothing is needed

06/04/2024: I really like! The offer is very valid, the menu is not the usual and stands out. The dishes are well structured. Elpidio is the reference of the restaurant and is a gentleman. It's an experience to have every day for lunch too. The price is spot on!

27/03/2024: An excellent tavern where you feel at home. Fair menu that doesn't take too long in the choice, 4/5 dishes per meal and all of quality and selected. Recommended glasses of wine paired for each course. And lastly the service, which made us feel as if we were having dinner with relatives and made the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing.

27/03/2024: Atmosfera meravigliosa! Non riesco a trovare un difetto alla meravigliosa serata che abbiamo passato ieri da "de Matteo alla brace", non un solo difetto! Il servizio è ottimo, di classe. Il personale giovane e preparatissimo. Optato per il percorso 4 portate aggiungendo un terzo piatto che anticipasse la carne, abbiamo trovato tutto delizioso (le polpettine limone e liquirizia una vera esplosione di gusto). Arriva poi la carne, chiaramente al sangue (come il titolare Umberto ci ha consigliato, persona tra l'altro davvero simpatica e gentile); sulla bistecca nulla da eccepire, tenera, succosa, calda, è stato un ottimo modo per coccolarci durante questa serata. Finiamo con il dolce e un Pedro Ximenez consigliato dal solito Umberto che è stato il degno punto esclamativo ad una serata con i fiocchi! Per fare bella, bellissima figura con qualcuno che ami e per concedersi dei momenti unici è il posto giusto. Una scelta per veri appassionati della carne, del gusto e della qualità. P.s. foto poche e venute maluccio perchè non volevamo assolutamente distogliere la nostra attenzione dalla fantastica atmosfera.

27/03/2024: Wonderful atmosphere! I can't find a flaw in the wonderful evening we spent yesterday at "de Matteo alla grill", not a single flaw! The service is excellent, classy. The young and highly trained staff. We opted for the 4-course option by adding a third course that preceded the meat, we found everything delicious (the lemon and liquorice meatballs a real explosion of taste). Then comes the meat, clearly rare (as the owner Umberto advised us, a really nice and kind person); Nothing to complain about the steak, tender, juicy, hot, it was an excellent way to pamper ourselves during this evening. We finish with dessert and a Pedro Ximenez recommended by the usual Umberto who was the worthy exclamation point to an amazing evening! To make a good, beautiful impression with someone you love and to indulge in unique moments, this is the right place. A choice for true lovers of meat, taste and quality. P.s. few photos and they turned out badly because we absolutely didn't want to distract our attention from the fantastic atmosphere.
