25/03/2024: In my constant search for new places to visit and new flavors, I discovered this little gem. My choice was initially attracted by the particularity of the menu and the "path" of the Chef, a choice later confirmed in practice. The restaurant is welcoming and intimate, furnished with excellent taste and in a privileged position, from which it is possible to admire the entire surrounding area, up to the sea. The restaurant does not propose itself (or advertises itself) as the classic "gourmet" restaurant, but by taking a look at the menu, you immediately understand that you will not be tasting the usual dishes, there is something more, and upon tasting that something comes out fully: excellent raw materials, combinations that are sometimes complex without ever bordering on "too much", excellent ideas equally well executed. It is clear that for the chef, trying his hand at this activity was not just a "whim", but a true passion: my compliments. The dining room staff was very kind and courteous, I particularly appreciated the fact that I was specifically asked, in detail (which wasn't the usual "everything was fine"), what I thought of the dishes, a sign that the chef has a clear desire to improve further, listening to those who will then have to eat those dishes and judge them. A note of merit to the very extensive wine list, Italian and international, there really is something for all types of pairings. Large car park adjacent to the restaurant, in a quiet area. Prices aligned with the quality of the dishes and the experience in general. Recommended, because it deserves to grow.

14/03/2024: Partiamo dall'accoglienza, elegante e professionale gentile e capace.Lo chef Vincenzo dimostra di avere talento e creativita' ma soprattutto maturita' nonostante la giovane eta'.Nulla ha tradito le nostre aspettative lo chef ha dimostrato di essere molto molto bravo ed a ogni piatto mangiato siamo rimasti estasiati, presentazione perfetta e sapori ottimi,curati e fantasiosi cosa non facile da combinare! A questo ristorante vanno tutti i nostri complimenti è certamente da consigliare!Le proposte spaziano dal creativo e dalla sperimentazione di più' materie prime.I piatti sono presentati in modo impeccabile.Comunque Vincenzo e il suo staff va sicuramente conosciuto, perché e' bello incontrare giovani capaci e preparati, umili ed entusiasti e poi non potete perdervi la mystery box dello chef un omaggio a tutti i suoi clienti a fine pasto.🥰

10/03/2024: Brought by friends. Indescribable location, shame about the windy day... Tastings? A subliminal journey represented by impeccable service. Pampered and treated with professionalism and elegance. The tasting offers are innovative, elegant and wonderful in both taste and presentation. Michelin stars? He richly deserves them. A dream that becomes such because around you you have people of the highest professionalism who take care not only of you but of all your guests. 02/04/2024: What can I say, not knowing the area and visiting the Archaeological Park (not to be missed!) I relied on the reviews on the sites for this small place. Excellent choice! ! ! Friendliness and good service, the "local" food was excellent and plentiful! Really good quality of raw material! We loved toasting with those glasses! ! Go there! ! !

07/03/2024: A guarantee as always, spectacular snapper fillet and sea bass, the only small note on the desserts, cannoli and tarts, a little too expensive for the quantity, in my opinion eh! However number 1 for me in Paestum.

29/12/2023: We were there with our children in August 2023. The pool was dirty and the children immediately had a stomach infection. In addition, the tiles in the pool were all loose, where the children slashed their feet. The staff were either untraceable or very unfriendly except for one or two who were very helpful. The staff doesn't speak English, the facility was very unkempt. The food in the restaurant was immense, overpriced and not edible. Some of the toilets were broken and blocked. This has already come out of the drain at the pool, the showers are broken and you can tell that the facility is now getting old as no renovations are taking place. We know this because we have been there several times now and have noticed that everything is outdated.

25/03/2024: Very terrible hotel. I booked a SUPERIOR room. But it is very disappointing. 1: The room is at -1 floor. There is no view outside the window because the room is next to the drainage ditch at the base of the wall. See the picture. And there are only two rooms at this floor, very shabby. 2. The door lock is broken. You need to use very strange techniques to close the door, otherwise the door will not lock. Usually, it takes you five minutes to lock the door. Very unsafe. 3. There is no Wi-Fi at this floor, too ridiculous. The staff is unhelpful.

31/12/2023: Esternamente non sembra neanche una osteria,entrati pochi tavoli max. 20 persone.Propietario molto simpatico,cibo non tante portate,ma fatte veramente bene e abbondanti.Noi abbiamo mangiato primi di pesce e secondi sempre di pesce,tonno ottimo,polpo uguale.Da consigliare anche per il prezzo,buono per i prezzi della zona,siamo ad 1km.da gli scavi di Paestum.Un saluto dalla famiglia di Firenze.

19/11/2023: Il ristorante si trova all’interno di un hotel boutique in una zona tranquilla di Paestum, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. La location è molto elegante, il tovagliato di alto livello. Si capisce subito di essere in un ristorante che ti saprà coccolare. Cosa che puntualmente è avvenuta . Abbiamo scelto il percorso “da Paestum a Paestum” (menu degustazione a base di pesce) , e il percorso vegetariano (bonus). Che bello trovare addirittura in carta un menu degustazione completamente vegetariano! Innanzitutto sono stati serviti alcuni buonissimi appetizer che richiamano la tradizione del Cilento. (Voto 9) Poi nel mio caso abbiamo iniziato con “Calamaro”, un calamaro cotto a bassa temperatura con una chips da sbriciolare che simula il gusto della frittura . (Voto 8.5) Poi “Risotto” un buonissimo carnaroli con limone liquirizia e gamberi rossi crudi. (Voto 9) Per secondo “pescato” , ovvero una ricciola riproposta in modo che ho trovato un po’ classico rispetto alle altre portate (voto 7) Per dessert “Mela” una mela anurca rivisitata e corretta con gelato e cannella (voto 7). Per finire una piccola pasticceria strepitosa (voto 9). Inoltre ci sono stati fatti assaggiare “Tiramisu” una rielaborazione del tiramisù molto buona (voto8) e il loro panettone , veramente strepitoso (voto 10). Cantina con ottima selezione, e anche molte etichette interessanti di piccoli produttori a prezzi assolutamente corretti. Servizio professionale, simpatico e attento (voto 10). Il percorso di degustazione ha un costo di 70€, in linea con la qualità della cucina (voto qualità prezzo 8) Complessivamente un’esperienza assolutamente consigliata e che vale il viaggio. Bonus per la grande scelta di piatti vegetariani di alto livello.

16/11/2023: One of the best meals of my life. We were staying in the beautiful hotel & reserved a table in advance for dinner at the restaurant. I let them know that I was vegan & the chef created 2 of the most delicious, creative, natural, tasty, harmonious dishes I've ever eaten. They were perfect in their simplicity & honouring of tradition. My husband also had 2 incredible dishes both prepared with care & attention & beautifully presented. The meal started with a few 'samplings' - again vegan for me - which were so light & tasty, they were incredible. The meal was also accompanied by an incredible selection of bread. Everything was like eating air it was so light. Great thought & great talent went into creating everything we ate. The service was also top notch, attentive, informative & professional. We would be delighted to eat here again. Chef thank you so very much for taking such care in preparing my vegan version. Alla prossima :-) Grazie.
