07/04/2024: Large and noisy environment, at the limit of human tolerance when very busy, with mostly shouting and uncivilized customers of low social class. Earplugs required. Medium quality food, but the piadina is overcooked and biscuity, probably even reheated, devoid of flavour, it would be worth sending it back. The noodles are poor. The tortelli and ragù are excellent as always. I will never go again.

22/02/2024: I give one star because you can't do less. After months of very stressful work we decide to return to this place that I liked for once. I have a dog with me, which I notify and ask if I can bring her, but they say yes without informing me of the presence of other dogs on site. So far it works, except that one of them is aggressive towards mine, who is small and elderly. I get scared and I'm told "he never does that" well.. now he's doing it, isn't that enough? The company is large, take your problem dog into the shade in a space where she won't disturb you OR warn her not to bring other dogs so I would have had the opportunity to choose whether to organize myself differently. The place is certainly not easily reachable, which is why one goes there to seek calm from the chaos and bedlam. We enter the room and find a full garbage bag left there…. Okay, let's turn a blind eye. We arrive at the swimming pool and there is a family with 2000 noisy and screaming children who are constantly diving... ok let's forget about the family's infinite rudeness but is it possible there isn't a lifeguard? No one to calm these people down? Nobody intervenes even in case of illness... On the other hand, the swimming pool is small, not suitable for children's games and should be a place of relaxation (forget it), hence my disappointment, it would not have arisen if I had been at the acquafan... Okay, let's go to lunch and their dog comes back... we practically couldn't eat because she was tormenting ours (she's a puppy, okay, but take her elsewhere if you see that she doesn't get along with a guest's dog who, as such, PAY). Nobody lifts a finger and we, already irritated because we spent the time picking up ours and caressing theirs so that they wouldn't become aggressive, ask for a second course of meat. We are told: the grill is turned off. But how? When ordering we warned you that we would think about getting something else but that's okay, do as you like, you don't collect the money. We go back to the studio apartment to rest, when we go out the usual dog attacks my little one biting her and in order to intervene I fall disastrously, scraping all my knees and they didn't even have disinfectant. Of course their dog stays there. Nobody does anything. At that point I asked for a refund and we left. No attention to the customer, I love or rather adore animals but you can't keep answering me "the dog never does that" now he's doing it how do you plan to intervene? In no way. So an obscene experience, worse treatment, disorganized and incompetent. Too bad I always spoke well of them but NEVER AGAIN. I'm black, we had two days of relaxation completely ruined. I'm sorry for the girl who I treated very coldly, the fault certainly isn't hers but that of those who manage a place in the best possible way without having the skills.

07/02/2024: Really pleasant and well looked after farm, we took part in the guided tour of the company and stopped for lunch. You can see how there is passion and dedication in every little detail, inside and outside the room. The cultivation and breeding choices that Matteo told us in a clear and punctual way were very serious and the tour among the goats was truly fun. I agree with the choice to offer a limited menu but with almost exclusively self-produced raw materials: it gives the dish an extra note, even if the cuisine is already excellent in itself.

23/02/2024: Premetto che ho sempre mangiato benissimo dall'Anna, ma vorrei spiegare perché per me è il "ristorante del cuore". Molti anni fa telefonai per andare a cena una sera di giugno, fra settimana. Arrivati al ristorante sulle colline di Mercato Saraceno (io, mia moglie e mia figlia) troviamo chiuso. Dalla finestra guardo dentro e la signora Anna mi vede. Apre la porta e le dico "Ciao Anna, abbiamo telefonato per prenotare ma vedo che sei chiusa! Ma non importa, non ti preoccupare, giù a Mercato Saraceno troviamo un posto per mangiare". Alla nostra telefonata aveva risposto la nonna, Bianca, che aveva fatto un pò di confusione. Ma Anna è decisa: "Siete venuti fin quassù con la bambina piccola e non vi mando via senza mangiare!" Disse che ci avrebbe preparato la cena se ci fossimo accontentati di quello che aveva. Accontentarsi voleva dire cappelletti al ragu e fiorentina. Beh dico io... trovate un altro ristoratore che vi riserva un trattamento simile! Ecco perché Allegria è il mio ristorante del cuore! Grazie Anna!

19/01/2024: I chilometri fatti per raggiungere il ristorante non sono affatto pesati vista la qualità del pranzo. Sia i tagliolini al burro sia i tortelloni sono pasta fresca fatta in giornata dal ristorante, la grattata di tartufo è a discrezione del cliente che paga solo i grammi di tartufo utilizzati. Menzione d’onore per i dolci davvero buoni e tutti caserecci.
