Proposing a plate of ham with burrata (which is then divided between the two diners is uncommentable). Even more questionable is the fact that there is no table menu with clear prices. The surprise at the time of payment is €35/person... they don't do first courses

12/05/2024: I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant last night for the first time. The giardiniera is really very good, you can feel that it is made by them, delicate taste... definitely worth trying. I chose to accompany it with raw ham, an excellent combination. As the main course I took the tartare, I must say excellent choice, the dish is a picture, the excellent meat is combined with croutons, flavored butter, two types of sauces, anchovy and red onion from Tropea 🔝 All accompanied with excellent wine recommended by the restaurant manager, who, like all the staff, proved to be knowledgeable and kind. Excellent evening, excellent dinner. I will definitely go back.
