Friendly, friendly service, nice and nice place.
To eat? Very, very, very good.
The cost? Normal, also because the raw material is excellent. To return.
Tried an excellent beer, but the juniper bitters were excellent. Thank you.
02/04/2024: Very welcoming restaurant even if you wouldn't think so from the outside. Excellent welcome, more than good food and truly delicious meat. The background music is also very pleasant. I highly recommend it

06/04/2024: Local located in the historic center of Minturno. Small but welcoming environment. Very friendly staff, fast service. Delicious and digestible pizzas, with a very light dough. Correct prices.
23/03/2024: EXTRAORDINARY PIZZA...I hadn't been to Basilicos for quite some time, so this evening I decided to return to eat a pizza at Cosma. As always I left super satisfied. Pizza always SUPER. My favorite is always the “Bufalina”, but the others are also exceptional. The new place is also beautiful, welcoming and above all well managed. Cosma and all the STAFF are always attentive to everything. Sincere congratulations. I highly recommend it.

07/01/2024: Ho alloggiato in questa struttura con il mio fidanzato e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il titolare una persona molto cordiale e gentile. Nonostante non l’avessi prenotata, mi ha riservato una suite molto confortevole e accogliente. La stanza ampia e pulita, con una bellissima cabina doccia. Ci tornerò volentieri !

16/03/2024: I went this evening with a friend of mine and I really liked the place and the service and the waitress was really very kind and nice.
As for the food it wasn't that great, but still acceptable.
I really liked the dessert instead (salted caramel soufflé)
I give three stars for the food.
30/01/2024: Pleasant tavern. Nice view. In summer, dining here is very nice, the terrace set up with lights is very romantic. Friendly and helpful staff.

09/03/2024: Small restaurant a little hidden. We found friendly staff and excellent food. I loved the purebred parmigiana, but I would have avoided the rocket under the course because it gets ruined by the heat and sticks to the aubergines

The fried fish was simply abominable, anything but fried, the fish looked like it was boiled.

28/03/2024: The only good thing is the choice of wines, the rest of the food was poor in size, spaghetti with clams was raw and flavourless, watery and there was even a stone on my plate. Good sweet babà and limoncello.

20/09/2023: Food: I believe pizza must be crunchy, it was just like a regular bread. Dark spots was already presented, so it's oven or dought problem. Might be it's local recepie. Salad with octopus: just greens, some tomatos and octopus. Add some oil, seeds, more flafour please.
Service fine, not bad, I'll give 5 if you have menu in English (never will see it, it's Italy)
Atmosphere: too hot inside, AC were off, but it's 27 outside and probably 29 inside :(

09/03/2024: In data 24 febbraio 2024, in occasione del Concorso Provinciale Olio delle Colline, sono stati proposti alcuni ristoranti di Minturno, tra cui Le Scalette. Il pranzo a tema doveva valorizzare l'abbinamento dell'olio con le pietanze proposte che sono state: semplice fetta di pane con ricotta di bufala e pomodorini, spaghetti aglio e olio e dolce della casa. Gli spaghetti sono risultati indigesti perché preparati con abbondante crema di aglio schiacciato e olio. Il prezzo pagato è risultato molto esoso per quanto servito senza neanche il caffè atteso a lungo e mai arrivato. Purtroppo eravamo una comitiva di circa 25 persone rimaste deluse. Da notare che altre persone del pullman sono andate su altri locali del centro storico e sono rimaste soddisfatte perché almeno hanno consumato un adeguato pranzo. Addirittura da notare che qualche persona ha mangiato solo il dolce......... Ed è uscito. Con la fame........ Tutto ciò al modico prezzo di Euro 25.

09/10/2023: A few steps from the sea where you can smell it even if you can't see it, in a delightful little square in the ancient Scauri. Had dinner outdoors with a table next to the marble fountain. Informal service from the young owner who recommended the fresh fish of the day. Excellent wine, excellent quality of fish and how cooked and excellent artisan bread! I will definitely be back 😍

Check the bill, they add things that never arrived..
Change type of activity... it's not for you.
