24/03/2024: Well yes, someone has to do it and this time I feel like telling things as they are. The occasion was a lunch at home in which we asked for support from the Luisella Restaurant for takeaway. A residual portion sensationally ended up in the lunchbox on working Tuesday, and I consumed it just now as... as if there was no tomorrow. So, let's talk about it. It is illegal to bring to the tables that braised meat with polenta capable of eliminating in such a short time all the efforts we accumulate already thinking about the swimsuit test. Let's not talk about the first courses, delicious and abundant, or the second courses of excellent quality. I believe that.... See you next weekend :-)

11/03/2024: I have been going to this restaurant many times since I met my boyfriend because it is his family's favorite restaurant. the food is very good and genuine, you can see that it is homemade and there is a lot of love in the preparation. This time I took the plate which was also very good (probably some ingredients have changed compared to the last time I went but it's better this way), the sautéed porcini mushrooms were very good and I also tasted the sautéed artichokes which I didn't think had any last few times and they are also very good. The waitresses are very good and very friendly and nice, just great company.
There are always sandwiches offered for free on the table and they gave us a small discount.
Prices have increased slightly compared to previous times (around 50 cents per dish) but still remain highly below average and convenient. The casoncelli cost €9.50, the porcini mushrooms and artichokes €5, the taragna €5.50. The cover charge however costs €2 per person and the water is available in both half liters and full litres.
I will definitely be back as always other times.

15/01/2024: Vale la pena provare questa trattoria.
Ottimi i primi e anche i secondi in particolare il cervo.
Da migliorare invece i dessert che non hanno trovato lode essendo prodotti commerciali.
Misera la lista vini in particolare dei Bianchi e delle bollicine.
Qualità prezzo comunque molto positivo il mio giudizio, torneremo.

03/01/2024: Noi andiamo spesso in questo locale perché la pizza è buonissimo,leggero e digeribile.
Anche le lasagne sono ottime,e non dimentichiamo il pollo allo spiedo croccante fuori e morbido dentro.

25/08/2023: Conosco l’albergo da anni, che ho frequentato più volte per bere qualcosa. Questa volta ho consumato qui un pranzo con amici, potendo apprezzare locali dal gusto raffinato, in cui è tangibile la passione che i ragazzi che gestiscono l’albergo mettono nel loro lavoro. Il menù offre diverse proposte interessanti, tutte ben cucinate e con prezzi adeguati.
29/07/2023: La passione a mio parere è quella caratteristica che trasforma una cosa bella, nel massimo e ci tengo molto a sostenere che quando metti un piede al “moderno” ristorante o wine bar che sia la passione ti investe come un treno in corsa.
Non mi stancherò mai di consigliare il ristorante a qualsiasi persona che sia alla ricerca di qualità e innovazione, con prodotti del territorio che, se potesse, sono sicuro ringrazierebbe il moderno per questo tentativo di riportare in vita una valle che ha in testa anni d’oro che non esistono più.
I cambiamenti di sicuro non si fanno in solitaria, ma di contro qualcuno deve pur iniziare.. be a serina sono loro!
Piatti spettacolari, proposte sempre varie ed interessanti, abbinamenti classici o particolari a discrezione del cliente, prezzi onesti. l’apoteosi del gourmet dove non ti aspetti
